These guys are amazing! I have a very tiny and old house that had the worst forced air heating...literally blowing hot air out of the ceiling! They were so knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. They got me switched to base board heating with a new combined energy efficient water heater/boiler. I love it! And is saves a decent amount on my electric/gas bills. I had the first work done more than a year ago and it's been amazing. My previously very cold house is now nice and toasty. Had them come back this winter to add another base board in my daughters bedroom. All of this was no easy feat seeing as my crawl space is tiny and snowed in. Put your heating and plumbing needs in master works hands and you'll be happy!

For all those who wonder what reviews to trust, I can personally attest that Masterworks Mechanical has undergone a radical transformation in the past few years, with new, amazing owners and dispatch staff. We have used their services several times with our business, & have nothing but good things to say! They have always been quick, super friendly, and very competent - always going the extra mile, with a smile. The dispatch department is recently new, and also very courteous. I have also personally witnessed the new owners foster teamwork among their employees, and taking great care of them, which speaks volume for their integrity. Prices are reflective of this area, but I would rather support a family that stands behind its services & products, than a large chain that pays no personal attention to customers. I encourage you to give them a try - you will not be disappointed!

A month and a half after my original call (and two more calls from me) they finally sent someone out to look at my radiant shop heater and Renai hot water heater. I explained the issues in detail to the dispatch lady so they knew what they were getting into. Two hours later the guy they sent admitted he didn't have any idea what was wrong with either heater and would have to ""talk to Joe"". A week went by with no heat in my shop, reduced water pressure from him messing with my pump, minimal warm water and now the dishwasher not filling with water because he messed with those shut offs. I went to their office only to be told that he's ""probably waiting on parts"". Hmmm- parts but didn't know what was wrong, interesting! I have called someone else and will never recommend or use these people again.

I know that they have qualified plumbers they done good for a family member but I called in because by water heater just quit and spilling water everywhere. When the gal that did dispatch heard that I was a new customer it went from well lets see what we can do to sorry we will not be able to get out for at least a week or more. in fairly snobby voice. Went somewhere else and they will be able to make it out tonight late but that's fine .

Oh Jesus Chris almighty, don't ever call these people I made an appointment last week specifically so I can get my spigot fixed and so I can water my grass, I've been expecting a plumber all day today and no one came so I called the stupid bi*ch that I talked to last week she kept telling me it's not in the system like whose fault is that? No I'm sorry let me try and find somebody for you as soon as possible or anything very defensive and was very rude and I'm pretty sure she's brain dead inbread idiot. So yeah don't call these a**holes!

Where do I start? On a snowy Wed, they came out on an emergency call. Our furnace was out, the tech came out right away! No doubt because well, emergency call, easy pickins! The battery was out on our thermostat no biggie, but they told us our furnace was leaking Carbon-monoxide! That the block was cracked! He shut it off and advised us his boss would call the next day, which he did. The guy came out, looking back I don't believe he retested the furnace. We were confused because we have multiple Carbon-monoxide detectors all over the house and the attic, all very new, less than a year, we've never had any of them go off! The guy said we needed a new furnace AND ductwork to the tune of $4800!!! Due to the fact we haven't had any alarms, we called a second company, one with 5 stars & several personal recommendations, guess what?! There is no leak or crack. We don't need new duct work in our less than 10 year old home. I don't recommend this company unless you want to blow money on a furnace you don't need. We are pissed. Thankfully my Dad was a general contractor who taught me to get a second opinion! We did spend a week without heat, just glad it wasn't December!

These guys were allegedly paid to do some inspection resolution work on a house a purchased in June 2016. During walk through I noticed that a shower diverter valve that they were paid to repair was still seized, and a supply valve that they were paid to repair was still leaking under one of the bathroom sinks. The seller of the house and her agent at The Colorado Group would not call Masterworks on my behalf so I called them and explained the situation, and asked if they would stand behind their work since it had been completed only four days before my phone call. Mark told me that the items in question were things that I could easily fix myself and he didn't know what he could do for me since ""technically"" I wasn't his customer, the seller was. I asked him to run it by someone in the office and see what they could do, that if they were accountable and made this less than great situation right they would have a customer for life, and if they wrote me off I would never do business with them. Look elsewhere, or don't say I didn't warn you.
