We had to have major plumbing works in our home. Mastertex were highly competitive but, even more importantly, highly responsive to questions and concerns. The work ethic of their crew was second to none. And despite having to dig up large tracts of land to tunnel under the house, I was pretty amazed at how carefully the crew put everything back (as much as they could) This level of plumbing work is not what anyone would want to have to do, but the attention to detail was impressive.

MasterTex installed a water heater for us in March, 2022. Two and a half years later we woke up to no hot water. The automatic leak sensor had turned the water off. MasterTex came out same day, even earlier than promised. The problem was a leak in the recently repaired roof (!) John reset the water heater and restored our hot water at no charge.

I called them for a water leak issue, this was a rental property where I couldn't be present, the issue turned out to be the water connection into the house. The original arrangement was that they were going to do a free visit and to locate the leak was going to be $325. They called and said that to keep testing they would need a valve installed along with a box and that would be $825. This box was never installed. At the end they came back to me and charge $1000. They knew they had fixed the connection and even with all that they said I needed to change the pipe from the meter to the inside the house for $3,800. I wouldn't recommend their services.
