After calling 3-4 handymen, we decided to go with Mark bc he was prompt, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. And boy were we glad we used him bc we will NEVER use anyone else! He did some work for us in our bathroom and kitchen which turned out amazing. He is reliable, trustworthy and fair priced. He is such a genuinely nice guy too! You won't have to worry about a creepy or a sneaky person in your house. I highly recommend Masterson's repair! I wouldn't use anyone else,

Mark designed and built a floating shelf for our bedroom. It is almost 10 feet long, and extremely sturdy. The craftsmanship is impeccable. He went above and beyond our expectations.

We couldn't be happier with everything Mark has done, since we stumbled onto him a couple of months ago. It seems like he's been here every other day since then -- because all those little things that KEEP HAPPENING in an old house...keep happening. Toilets, heaters, countertops, blinds, sinks -- you name it. Mark has been able to deal with all of it. Smart, knowledgeable, efficient. AND a genuine delight to work with. Mark has a range of skills. He is smart, has excellent attention to detail, and has done a great job of everything we've thrown his way. He repainted our bathroom, hooked up a sound system, painted some tricky details around the house, planed and adjusted a door and some cabinetry that have been problematic, and ran wiring and installed a jack for a phone and ethernet in our kitchen. He problem solves, takes real care with your home and is also a super nice, trustworthy guy who is a pleasure to have around. After having him work a few days in our house, he feels more like a (highly skilled!) friend than just a handyman!

Disappointed in my experience with this company. Guy was very nice, but worked/moved like a turtle. 6 hours to hook up a new garbage disposal and faucet, and swap out 4 existing lights (one of which didn't even work when I checked it after he left, so now I have to pay someone else to complete the job I already paid for). I asked him about it, and was basically told that 6 hours was reasonable. I was also told that the reason the light wasn't checked was because he felt I was rushing him to leave. He came to assess the jobs I was requesting to be completed on a Monday, returned on Tuesday am without having brought what he needed, and left immediately to the hardware store, returned and completed the faucet and disposal. I had to leave so he was going to start some exterior fixture replacement. Upon my return, fixtures were not installed, and I got a text saying he didn't have what he needed but would return the following day and complete that job. He returned the following day to complete the fixture work and when I went to check on his progress, he was nowhere to be found. I then saw him driving away in his truck (presumably to the hardware store again). I was not expecting to be charged for his trips back and forth to the hardware store. I would assume that when coming to complete a job one has what they need, especially when they came to assess the job(s) previously. He was not on the property for 6 hours, more like 4, with 2 hours back and forth to get what he needed. I won't be paying anyone by the hour again anytime soon, what a rip off...

We lucked out when we decided to call Mark. He is efficient, really kind and precise. Due to shoddy previous installation, we needed our bathroom tile re-grouted, reinstallation of our sink/cabinet and some new flooring. Mark was there to help and did a great job. He is dependable, fair priced (compared to other bids) and very trustworthy. After a washer pipe leak in our laundry room, he also painted and retiled our laundry room too. Lastly, we wanted a refresh our pendant lamps and Mark is a natural with electric work! Another plus is that he is a family man, an excellent communicator and great with our kids and pets around (it is a bit hectic here.) Thank you Mark!

Mark was great! Our house had several repairs needed. From light fixtures needing rewiring to my toilet needing fixing. Our basement also flooded last year and he was such a big help! He fixed all the drywall, relayed the trim, painted, and even weather proofed the outside so it won't happen again. Very knowledgable and so sweet! I 100% recommend Mark for any and all your house needs!
