Recently had some plumbing work done, and had a great experience with Lorenzo owner of Masters Plus. 720-840-4650

Have been in the real estate space for 20 plus years and know the difference between good and bad work ... Lorenzo's work was outstanding.

He was on time
Estimate was accurate
Work was great
Cleaned up completely after his work (messy job)
Finally ... and most importantly, he did the little things that make for a great experience (reviewed and explained what he was going to do, turned off the furnace so dust would not circulate through the house, and had me check each fixture before he left ... I could go on)

I met Lorenzo 25 years ago, yah, I know he doesn't look that old. Anyway, he was my apprentice back then. Today he is the only one of the bunch that I would let work on my house.

He was taught the old ways of craftsmanship by several of us old plumbers. What that means is, that he not only knows the plumbing code, has the skills necessary for the trade, but he also brings a respect for the craft. That respect carries over to your house or commercial building in that your repair or building project is not just a paycheck. He cares about how his work in your house affects you.

I had Lorenzo and George help me on one of my projects recently and as expected they did a great job.

I gave a 5 star rating because he and George deserve it. However, if they continue to make fun of my work clothing, i will reduce it to a 4. Maybe even a 3.

We originally had a plumber do work for our remodel, that plumber not only did a horrible job but didn't finish it. We were frustrated and desperate when a friend recommended calling Lorenzo. I was shocked how professional he was and how good he was. He fixed the other guys terrible job and finished the other projects we needed done. He literally saved us. I couldn't recommend Masters Plus more! Don't make the mistake we did and call Masters Plus first.

I first met Lorenzo a few years back when my kitchen remodeling contractor brought him in to do the rough-in of the plumbing. In addition, he did the work needed to relocate my washer and dryer as well as some tune-up work to get an old bath/ shower faucet to stop dripping. There was also a small gas leak in the crawl space that he solved for me.

More recently, I asked him to install a new water heater. I'm a capable DIY'er in my own right, but I know my limits...So for larger, more skilled jobs, I defer to the professionals. I have tried other companies in the past (enough of them to see that Lorenzo stands out from the crowd).

In summary, Lorenzo is a competent plumber who is fair, honest, and reliable. I'll be confidently referring him to friends and calling him next time I need a plumber.
