Great service and quality work! These guys came next day and fixed my issue i had a leak in the bathtub that needed to be fixed and was leaking into the downstairs ceiling
On August 30, 2024 I had hired Masters Plumbing because I had water leaking from the sump pump. They informed me that the main line water was a problem so it was a big job getting the permit and digging the concrete. I was quoted a price before the job and then when they opened the concrete they mentioned the other line was bad as well and paid a very big fee. Within 1 week after the water line was replaced I still had water coming out from the sump pump. They came out again to check and said I had a different issue with the sewer line and said it would cost approximately another $15,000. At this point, I decided to get another opinion and had someone else take a look. It was some leaks from the pipe in the basement and never a water main line issue. So it cost me over $15,000 to fix something that was not broken and they didn't resolve the original problem. I was able to fix the problem for less than $3,000 whereas Masters Plumbers would have been another $15,000. It's very unacceptable that Masters Plumbers take advantage of people when they are vulnerable and when help is needed. Instead, they are only out to make a very big profit from their customers.
Mahmmud T.Soon as I called, a technician was right there to address sewage issues , joe was really professional and knowledgeable with addressing issues and I highly recommend their service there professional know what to do
On July 4th, I was having problems with my drain which was flooded and this caused my basement to be flooded. My son called master's plumbing around 8-9AM and they finally showed up around noon to fix the problem. We explained the situation and he said he would have to snake the trap and that they would do that. They then called their office and quoted as $625. Because it was a emergency we had to have it done as we were flying to Florida to see my son later in the day. After my son said he was okay with the price we agreed for them to do the service. As soon as we said yes, they snaked the trap with in 10-15 minutes and they were already done. They refused to clean anything around the house trap. At this point, we know this issue with our house trap. It has been ongoing and every other plumbing company who has come has quoted us much less, and have actually taken the time to clean the house trap and make sure everything is good before they leave the property. It seemed like these 2 gentleman were in such a rush and left in such a hurry after they received the payment via Zelle. The pipe seemed to be fine but because we were leaving we did not have time to check everything. After a week we had come back, and began to notice that all the water in the house was flowing very slowly. We checked every sink in the house and the major problem seems to be the kitchen one. After seeing that water does not go down the sink at all, we decided to call Master's Plumbing to let them know the problem and service we received. On July 25th, I made a call and talked with a lady who was very nasty to me and not willing to listen to me or talk about the service. She said if we wanted someone to come again they would charge another $625 just for them to check out the issue. I said I can not pay that after having paid that already for a service that was not what they promised. She then kept asing for the date of service and my address via text and when I had replied to her with the information she asked for she never responded back no acknowledged having received the information. On July 27, I called again asking if someone was coming and what they decided and once again some one was very rude to me saying once again it would be $625 for someone to come. Which at this point sounds like a scam to us.
Like I said, I have had this issue many times before with my house trap and this is the first time where we are dealing with a plumbing company that is so rude and not willing to help their customers in any way. We have never had a issue where the water is flowing so weakly and the drain stopped working.
I would say that we would warn everyone from working with Master's Plumbing, who not only charge a large amount for service but seem to not care how the job went or if the customer is happy. I am not happy at all and feel Masters are scammers who just are looking to take advantage of customers when they are most vulnerable
