So glad I found this company! Eventhough having house problems that need repair is painful, at least its nice to know that the person you call to fix it is a REAL PROFESSIONAL. I had a leaking outdoor spigot that I thought may have extednded behind the walland so I initially called another plumbing company ( their ads are everywhere but my experience was bad) and the one guy they sent kept calling his boss to ask him questions and he was obviously told by his company to sell everytone a new water heater because I didnt even ask him to look at the water heater and he kept talking about selling me a new water heater. So I paid him the basic service call fee and called Masters of Disaster who got into the wall and changed out the leaking pipe. They did such a clean job - it looks great where they went into a bedroom wall to reach the pipe behind the exterior brick where the spigot is. I wish I had MORE stuff for them to fix ( joking) - but highly recommend this company!!

Very nice guy showed up within two hours of calling. Water heater went out quoted me $6000 for a new tankless and $4500 for tanked. Got other quotes for half the price. If you have money to throw around i would go with them.

Excellent! Interaction with their entire team has been great, from dispatcher to technician - everyone was super courteous and enjoyable to interact with despite my frustration with my plumbing. My issue was probably here from previous owner who had plumbers that did sub-par work for a quick buck, but Masters of Disaster found a solution and fixed it the right way! Honest and fair I would not hesitate to call them out again if I had another issue.

I called this place on a Friday morning...my line is clogged and my washer machine is spewing water all over my brand new wood floor. I'm at a loss as who to call since the last 2 plumbing companies I've dealt with have done shoddy work. They will rename anonymous. So the lady on the phone says she will call me when they can come out. I'm assuming a week from next Tuesday. She calls back and says they are on the way? WHAT the what?? Within 1 hour the guy has my line cleared and has me check the toilets, the sinks, the dishwasher and washing machine. Everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company, and being a landlord they have just earned a new client.

I had a great experience! Picked them for the name also lol. Came down to three options. I had heard of the first two, but not this one. Read some reviews and read the comments. I was impressed by how they handled each comment, even a difficult one. So I went with them. I was pleasantly surprised at the honestly, efficiency and professionalism. Answered any and all questions, and enjoyed some good straight talk. Would recommend them all day and use them again in the future.

Not all of them are licenced. They tore up our yard and set up a line that let the water out into the yard. They told us it was legal. The city said it wasn't.

What can I say just the name alone of this company is very cool, reminds me of a Metallica song called Master of Puppets. Lol They will Rock your world with great service and prices. Tim and his crew came to our rescue quick and at a great price. We are so happy with the service that will are starting a new project with them. We recommend them for all your plumbing needs big or small give them a call.

Had a 2nd water leak in the last month masters of disasters was at my house in record time they diagnosed the problem not just the immediate issue (as another plumber had done) which was a crack in the water pipe. The whole line was very brittle and would continue to crack. They replaced the line so we would not be looking at any more flooding. Great job very professional.

Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with-DISHONEST...my father hired them as a gift for us and first off they were the highest priced however we needed a water heater and they could service us the quickest,( now I know why,)...they had two men,( or should I say one man and one CHILD,) the floors were brand new and I made them very aware of this but that made no difference to them. They drug the hot water heater across the entire length leaving deep grooves and scratches. The water heater they installed has leaked since the day they installed it as well. The owner (Tim,) has done nothing but lie and play games since I informed him,""(""the next day) He has told me multiple times he was coming out and if course no showed. Always an excuse, ( his back was out, ... blah blah) well last week I FINALLY got ahold of him and he actually LIED and told us he made an insurance claim and they would contact us. A week later with no contact and I text him today asking for the name and he responded by telling me to have my father call him. ( My father was sitting next to me and called him and of course no answer) Tim does nothing but lie and play games. I believe it is a family business...the receptionist Dallas would never answer ONE call. They are using unlicensed plumbers and don't want to be accountable for the damage they do!
