Very unprofessional sales people, and unprofessional quotes that do not mention brand of equipment, type of material going to be used, etc. unless you specifically ask. Was quoting me $3750 for a $900 furnace plus misc. charges. When I mentioned cost they said I was not factoring in installation, even though they included costs for framing, install of plenum box and start collar, install of duct work, run electrical lines, gas lines, light switch, etc. So, that doesn't make sense to include an additional almost $3k in the price of the furnace for ""install"" when all of these other components of install were listed. Very shiesty and would not recommend them to anyone.

Kobi, the company's owner, was professional--swift and direct. The painting was done quickly. The workers were kind. The price was good. The quality was C+.

It appeared to me that they were in a rush and did not take pride in their work.

There was a lack of prep-work. Very little sanding was done and bumps, flaws and flecks of paint were left to remain.

My review is based on my discussions with Kobi and the estimate that I received. I decided, in the end, to use a different contractor, but it was a hard decision to make. I do a lot of remodeling in my home and so I am acknowledgeable about different jobs, what skills are needed, and so what questions or suggestions the contractor should make. On all of these criteria, I rate Kobi highly. He listened carefully to what I needed done (new cabinets in a garage, raising the level of the cement floor of the garage, replacing a rain water drain running along the edge of the property) made some alternative suggestions, and identified some other things that also should be done. One other contractor came in with a slightly lower price (who also impressed me as being very knowledgeable) and I decided to go with the lower price. For some items, one estimate was a bit higher than the other and for other items the other estimate was higher, but on balance one estimate came out with a lower total mainly because of one item (trash hauling) for which there was a charge on one estimate but not the other. From my experience on getting estimates for this project from 5 different contractors, Kobi's estimates are about the most reasonable that you will get. I cannot comment on the quality of the work, but from my discussions with him I have no reason not to believe that the work would have been of high quality, which is why it was hard for me to choose a different contractor. In the end, I went for the estimate that was a bit lower.
