Excellent service and highly recommend them! We used them for both a repair as well as a basement remodel that included moving waste lines under the slab. We are really thrilled with their professionalism and quality of work - not to mention the very affordable price. Thank you!

Great experience! Same day service visit as they came out within a couple of hours of my initial phone inquiry. Had an isolated gas leak issue with my fireplace key valve & they diagnosed & were able to fix the issue for under $150 while a chimney company quoted me almost $1,100 for a much more elaborate repair. MasterFlo was quick, easy, affordable & got the job done while saving me some money! That's a win-win. Hat tip to Robert for the great service visit.

A leak developed on the water heater overflow tank developed a pin hole in the side of it. I caught it before any damage was done. I called three other companies who have a 24/7 """"emergency"""" staff. It's Saturday: one said next Thursday and another said Monday. Within an hour Richard was here, had one on the truck and put it up quickly. He even fixed a leaky water fixture. Richard was awesome. He explained things well, was very respectful and a very good reflection on MasterFlo Plumbing.

I am an Interior Designer and work with a design build firm. I recently starting using Masterflo Plumbing on my jobs. I could not be happier. They are professional, friendly, on-time, great pricing and great service. It is not easy in this industry to find sub-contractors that stand by their word and show up when they say they are going to. They communicate well and have not let me down. I am so excited to be working with them and look forward to working with them on our future projects. Thank you Masterflo crew, you guys are really great!

I consider myself to be somewhat handy around the house and today while at my office I was removing a very old bathroom sink never even thinking for a second I could cause a problem. But of course I did. I managed to break an ancient PVC pipe and shouted obscenities as I ran upstairs to turn off the switch to the water supply. I then called four 24 hour plumbers for emergency service and finally on my fifth attempt I reached an actual person at masterflo. The guy on the phone was super nice and he took my name and number and address. Within about 30 minutes I got a call from Matt. He got to my place in about 10 minutes assessed the situation and fixed it up way better than new. We laughed at my stupidity and he charged me a fair price. I'll definitely be using this company again.

Pretty bad service. Joey Watson refused to replace my water heater. I don't think it's a professional response. The first time they did the work I had to ask them to redo the inspection report three times. Direct response from Joey """"There are millions of plumbing companies in Atlanta, find someone else"""" Pretty rude in my opinion

I called Masterflo Plumbing to change out 4 relatively new bathroom sink faucets. All worked fine, just changing decor. I bought new faucets. I failed to get a price upfront. Following the work I was charged $681.00, SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE DOLLARS to change four sink faucets I bought new! And the company refused to honor a one year warranty on leaks as I did not buy new supply lines....at an additional cost of $100.00 dollars each! Unbelievable.

I had water bubbling up where the cement meets the pavers on my driveway. I called my one-and-only construction company that has done every kind of work on my house for the last 10 years, Fort Construction, Alpharetta, GA (a 5 star construction company) who suggested Masterflo. I called immediately and asked if they could service an emergency. She called me back within 5 minutes and I had Jimmy there within the hour. This was Friday afternoon. It was indeed a main water break. We shut the water off for the weekend, and first thing Monday morning, Jimmy and his crew were at the house.Upon evaluating the problem, it was necessary to bring in an underground installer. It was an all day affair, 9am-6pm, and they barely stopped for lunch. It proved to be a bit more difficult than originally thought, but they did not stop until the end. They left the entire area clean, as though nothing happened. I will never need to look for a plumber again.

I saw that my water heater was leaking on a Sunday evening. I was obviously concerned about the time it would take from work to get quotes and get a replacement. Based on some neighborhood reviews, however, I called this company at 8:00AM the next morning and was given a very reasonable quote over the phone. As promised, the repairman showed up around 10:00 that morning, and it was done by 12:30. Very easy and efficient.

Get an estimate in writing before they start. They sent 2 guys to do a 1 man job, then billed for 2 guys. I stayed with the guys. The guys were nice guys, but most of the time they billed me for was to run to Home Depot to get a part they didn't bring and to correct the issues they caused by not reassembling things properly. Paid 3x what I should have for the job. Get the estimate first. I got ripped off.
