They sent someone out relatively quick to look at the issues and promised to give me a quote the next day. But the quote never came. I gave them several calls and with each call, they promised me the quote is coming soon. By the time I am typing this comment, this has been 6 days without any call or email from them. If they do not want the job, I would appreciate at least a reply from them.

We called them out for issues with our hot water heater, and they advised us that we need a new one. We had them come out the next week to install it, and they waived the call out fee since they had just come out the week before.

This is a family owned operation, and the customer service was amazing. The prices were reasonable, and they came out quickly and worked fast. No complaints.

On 2/12/20, the company sent 2 well-qualified plumbers to repair a leak in my whirlpool tub. After extensive testing, including the removal of 2 rare Italian tiles, it was determined the tub needed to be replaced. I paid the bill of $750 and later signed the written estimate of replacement. Despite numerous subsequent texts, emails and telephone messages, the company has not followed up. I am out a significant amount of money and am left with a hole on the end of the tub. Shocking unprofessional behavior. I cannot recommend this company.

I had a leaky shower/tub valve and could not remove my cartridge. I thought I would need to replace the whole rough in based on the advice from another plumber. Mastercraft assured me that they could try and remove the cartridge prior to looking at replacement of the rough-in valve. They sent a plumber within the hour and he removed the catridge and replaced it. It saved us a headache of opening walls, etc. We would recommend Mastercraft for all your plumbing needs.

Kevin arrived right on time to replace an ancient non-functioning outdoor water faucet. He did a great job and used his shoe coverings at all times when he was inside. I appreciated his patience answering my questions which included a feature I didn't know existed on new faucets. I'm so grateful.

Steve came out a few weeks ago to set up new sinks/faucets and shower set after we had new counters placed. He was phenomenal!!! He was so professional, respectful, and kind. He paid attention to tiny details like wearing shoe covers and where he was walking, which was much appreciated. On top of doing a great job, he taught me about our new home and gave me choices in how he completed his service. I loved working with someone with obvious skill, knowledge, and expertise in his craft, while being a genuinely nice person!!!! Thank you so much!!!

The guy running the place is genuinely nice. Genuinely nice doesn't always mean good work. A new sewage ejector (which he kindly replaced for free for warranty issues) was just the beginning. Mind you I live in a neighborhood with more than 15 new houses and all but about 3 or 4 have had serious plumbing issues because of the very shoddy and unprofessional work done by this company. My sewage vent has frozen up for the 4th time this winter and I have a 1 year old that has to be exposed to the fumes released by that. I don't mind clearing the vent every once and a while but I can't be up there when my roof is covered in ice.

Mastercraft Plumbing is phenomenal. I had an incident where I needed a plumber immediately and they helped me out in a pinch, James was very professional, and knowledgeable. Mark was a great as well. Very reasonably priced. Wouldn't take my business anywhere else.

They have helped us with big and small projects from renovation of a home with all new plumbing and fixtures to simple fix of a leaky faucet. Always on time, fast courteous and clean. I am sure you can find someone do the work for less but they have never disappointed or let us down.
