Recommended Customer Reviews

A friend suggested Master craft plumbing and I was extremely impressed with their service. They came out first thing this morning, we're friendly and explained how the problem was created, fixed it quickly and had a more than reasonable price. Definitely recommended

So so thankful for this company! My husband and I unfortunately got scammed by a plumber from a different company, never came to finish the work and we went four days without water. My husband calls MasterCraft to finish the job, they said they didn't have any availability that day but as soon as they heard we had no water for so long, they rearranged and were able to come out same day. Spencer and his crew were super nice, very hardworking. These guys worked in the POURING RAIN and got everything finished and water flowing in an hour. Words cannot express how thankful we are for this company!!!

Mastercraft has been my go-to plumbing company for a long time now! They're always on time neat and courteous. They always explain what the problem is cost repair before I agree to anything. I recommend them without hesitation to all my friends and family.

Consumer beware - if we could give them zero stars we would! 11/20/2020 Friday a faucet cartridge went out in the upstairs bathtub. At 8am we immediately turned the main water valve off to the house and called this plumbing company based on their reviews and location. The call was answered immediately and a tech arrived by 2:45pm. Upon arrival the (2) techs had no shoe covers and they did not offer to put a mask on. My husband had to literally ask them to put on a mask or one could be provided. This was very concerning as it appeared they had no COVID-19 safety protocol in place given the infection rate. The techs were here 30 mins and then stated they were going to cut the main water valve back on because the issue was resolved. The tech explained the faucet cartridge had gone bad and they replaced it, which we likely knew was the case because they requested we take picture of it so they could purchase a replacement part before they arrived. (5) minutes after they left. My husband happen to hear a drip passing by the main floor bathroom that sits right below the tub they did the repair on. He walked into the bathroom and found the ceiling bubbled, saturated and water covering the floor. He called the tech back immediately and told them what he saw. They came right back. My husband called the main office back to put them on notice and the receptionist assured him the issue would be resolved and the techs were headed right back. The techs came right back and removed the faucet, but stated there was no water around the part they replaced. The owner called while the techs were onsite assessing and asked for a playback of everything done before they got there. My husband explained that he took the cover off the faucet and cut the water main off until they arrived 6.5 hours later, nothing more was done. They owner became defensive and was adamant their part was not leaking and stated the water had been there all day on the ceiling and floor for 6.5 hours before they got there. We advised that was absolutely not true. He then stated he had to leave the office early and he could not deal with this on a Friday. The owner left us to manage through the weekend with water saturating the ceiling and flooring. We explained that was unacceptable. We asked that he have his tech cut the ceiling open to see where the water was coming from. The owner responded they would cut the ceiling open, but they would not be responsible for replacing the drywall. We advised they were already responsible given the resulting damage from their repair. He reiterated they would cut the ceiling open, but would not put it back. The tech cut the ceiling open and they could not determine where the water was coming from - everything inside the walls in that area was saturated. We inquired could the water have seeped/sprayed out when they cut the water valve back on after the repair from the new valve not being tight enough. Of course, they would not agree to this logical cause in an attempt to alleviate their fault given everything was fine until their repair. They cut the ceiling out, denied the cause of damage and left the downstairs bathroom wet, drywall debris everywhere and water all over the floor. We were left over the weekend to clean up the area and attempted to dry it out with fans. The ceiling is just sitting open and the leak is no longer active. 11/23/2020 Monday we called the owner in an attempt to resolve the resulting damage from their repair. The owner was not in, but the receptionist advised the owner would call us back that same day. No call was received. 11/24/2020 Tuesday around 9am the owner called and he stated there was no resolution needed because they are not responsible so the ceiling remains open, unrepaired, possible mold growth as we are unsure if a proper dry out was done correctly and buckling around the cut out ceiling area. This experience has been a nightmare. The owner is unprofessional, rude and fully disregards COVID CDC safety measures.
