I had a leaking expansion tank and my regular plumbing company was unavailable for a full week. I called MasterCraft and they sent a plumber out within a couple of hours. Jeremy N. gave me a reasonable quote and did the work quickly, even though it turned out we had a cracked connector. He replaced it and did not charge for the extra efforts. We have a new plumbing service because of the great experience.

MasterCraft to the rescue once again. I woke up this Christmas Eve morning to a leak under the kitchen sink. Liz scheduled me for a same day appointment and shortly thereafter she bumped my time frame up 2 hours. kudos to her!

I was blessed this time to receive service from Jeremy Nedrow. He immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it within a hour, even with my chatty Cathy self lol.

I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs. They are quick to respond, get the job done right the first time and their prices are reasonable, but most importantly to me is that they are honest and FRIENDLY! Josh did excellent work! Cleaned my toilet drain which had like three different clogs. Stupid cast iron drains. Ask about installing a p-trap. He didn't have the right tool but I had a dremel and that worked great! I highly recommend this guys!!!

Excellent service! The technician, Giovanni, showed up early morning after our water heater tank was leaking the night before. He ended up need to replace the water gate valve because it was corroded and the old water heater tank had a small leak at the seam in the bottom. I now have a brand-new, commercial-grade water heater tank (Bradford White brand), water leak was fixed, and hot water restored in our house! Fair price, great service, fast installation of the new water heater (1.5 hours), and no hidden fees. Thanks again Giovanni and MasterCraft Plumbers!

We had a nightmare of a situation where our water heater tank started leaking water out Friday morning. We called to make an appointment to get our free estimate for that evening, and were given the news we needed a new tank and what our options were. Reasonably priced, efficient, and courteous labor and reliable brands were what we got the very next morning. Fast forward to Sunday evening, and we were met with a terrible leak that had spread beneath our vynil flooring. The leak was nowhere to be seen, at 9PM, so we made an emergency call to have these guys come out the next afternoon. After hours of tedious labor, Jeremiah Nedrow gave us a much needed breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for the service; we wish we could repay him the extra effort and time he put forth on this mess of a situation.
