MasterCraft Plumbers are the best at what they do. I recently had some issues with my water heater. I went online and did my due diligence and did some research. I found MasterCraft Plumbers with not only the highest rated reviews, but you definitely get what you pay for. Ahmad was scheduled and arrived on time. He looked over the water system and provided me recommendations. What I found was a very professional young man who examined my water system, showed me where I had mineral build up, tested the water, showed how important it is to maintain any system and what consequences can happen when regular maintenance is not followed.

My wife and I made a decision and had a complete water system installation to include a Halo 5 filtration system, a tankless water heater and a water circulation pump. Ahmad kept me well informed of what he was doing. He worked diligently and tirelessly to get the work done in a timely manner. Ahmad is an excellent example of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy.

I now have clean, purified and hot water flowing throughout my house. I highly recommend MasterCraft Plumbers for their quality of work, value and professionalism.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with MasterCraft Plumbers, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Ahmad Alijairoudi and Jeremiah Nedrow, were absolutely fantastic. Ahmad installed a HALO 5 whole house water filtration system and oversaw, with the help of Jeremiah, the cleaning of my garbage disposal, new kitchen faucet installation, and installation of a rough-in fridge box and water line for my refrigerator. Both were incredibly thorough in explaining all of my plumbing options and patiently answered all of my questions. I had a sink stopper that was stuck, effectively plugging up my guest bathroom sink, and MasterCraft Plumbing responded very quickly to my Yelp request for assistance. I really liked that they were a local company with excellent reviews, which is why I chose them over many other companies.

Jeremy and Josh came out that very day to diagnose and fix the problem. We ended up replacing my faucet, which turned out to be rusted and was also leaking, and they snaked the sink in my master bathroom as well. Ahmad was great. He came earlier than I expected. I installed a new cartridge for a moen valve in my shower and it wasn't stopping the water. Ahmad showed up and not only replaced the cartridge (which in itself is incredibly difficult) but also diagnosed where I went wrong with the installation. It was a faulty cartridge. Super cool guy, polite and professional. Will be calling again next time we have plumbing issues.
