I called on a Friday and spoke with a Brett. I asked if I can get a quote for a water filter install, maintenance on a tankless water heater and replacement of four bathroom fixtures. He seemed nice over the phone and stated he doesn't need to come out to give a quote but asked me to send pictures instead. I'm thinking oh cool; I don't have to wait to get a quote and this company seems to be fair enough to have open pricing. So I immediately took pictures and texted it over to Brett. That was Friday. I reached out to him the following Monday and tried texting him. Nothing; no response whatsoever. I've been ghosted. But for what reason? It's not like I'm asking you to be friends on Facebook. All I wanted was a quote. Hey I get it. But If you don't want the job and/or it isn't worth your time, at least be a decent human being and let me know. Don't you think that's the right thing to do? you are a business right?

Amazing experience! We got a response in minutes. Jim came out and we must have lucked out. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and not to mention a hell of a good looking lad! He took care of our plumbing issue like he's done it a million times. Super nice guy! Thanks again Jim!
