Updated Review: After the GM, Mike, saw my review below, he took the time to call me and apologize for his team not responding the way they should have. He offered to help cover the repair costs that I paid the other plumber, which was very generous and unexpected. I declined his offer, but wanted to update my review to 4 stars since Mike's actions demonstrate that he is truly committed to providing excellent customer service.

Original Review: Our Airbnb guests informed us on a Saturday evening that water was leaking from underneath one of our bathroom sinks. We needed someone to respond right away and the Master Craft was the first company I called because they indicated they provide 24-hour emergency service. They had an answering service (which is understandable after hours) who said they would have someone call me right away. When no one called back within 45 minutes, I called them again and was told that the plumber must be busy but they would relay my message again. After waiting another 15 minutes for the call, which never came, I instead called Willis Brothers Plumbing. They not only answered the call, but drove to the house within 30 minutes.

Willis Brothers provided great service and responsiveness. When I finally got a call back (on Monday) from Master Craft, I explained what happened and all they had to say was, ""Well, you called on a Saturday night"", as if responding to emergency service requests 36 hours later was completely acceptable. I actually wouldn't have given them a negative review if they had at least been somewhat apologetic or even friendly. But they were neither.

I hire vendors regularly to manage rental properties. Joe and team earn a top spot in our list to call back for more work.
Our job happened to take a bad turn with the Service Tech caused additional damage accidentally. As a business owner, you really cannot control when accidents happen. You can control how you react to them. We could not have asked for a better response from Joe.
He project managed the restoration personally. We had contact via mobile almost daily (usually it was him chasing me down with progress reports and updates).
We just toured the unit after completion and the place looks great.

It's not how you start, rather you finish that matters.

High quality work performed by master plumbers. We are very happy with the quality of work performed. Bryson installed new shower water lines and valve. Tools, resources, ingenuity

Richard Hill with Mastercraft Plumbers treated us very good. The estimate was fair and Richard made sure the job was completed and end result effective. Richard and crew completed a drain project with minimal damage to our home. Manny and Jacob did a great job with repiping (copper pipe broken and leaking) in this 60 year old house. Throughout the project the Mastercraft workers Manny and Jacob and James were professional and considerate to our home and us. Everyone connected to the project did a great job.

Best plumber ever! Jeremy came over quickly just when we needed him! He fixed the problem fast and for a good price. We had another quote for $450 and he fixed it for $125.

I normally don't write reviews, but Wow, these guys are great. My wife's friend referred them so we gave a call for help regarding our plumbing dilemma. The plumbers, Jeremy and Silouan arrived promptly with smiles. I explained as they listened tentatively regarding the problem we were experiencing with our shower. They both trouble shooted quickly and explained in detail the issue and what steps they were going to take in resolving it. A short time later, we were back up and running. The plumber, Brison, was able to arrive ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair was professionally completed at a fair price.
