I found myself a new plumber!!! Ramces did an amazing job! The quote was reasonable. He was here at 10 on the dot (10-12 window) went and got the part, fixed it within 10 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again! And recommend to my friends!

Eddie came by within a day of me putting in a request and found the source of a sink leak. He was diligent and showed me what was going on. He also inspected the other sinks in the house and gave me a recommendation to do a similar repair as more leaks could arise. Eddie was prompt, quick, and cleaned up everything. Took his shoes off in the house and was very respectful that I was working while he was there. If this review was just for Eddie I would give 6/5 stars!

However, this Thursday I had scheduled maintenance to fix the angle stops and toilets. Two different men came to do the repair. Landon and Juan. It seems that Landon may be newer or an apprentice and Juan more senior. They both came in and just trekked through the house in their gear, never asking if they should remove their boots to go upstairs on the carpet. Did the service and then came down and said ok we're done bye. I go upstairs to my bathroom later that day and there are stained wet rags all around the toilet, garbage can is not put back, and garbage from parts under the sink. I was never asked if there was a garbage bag they could use - would have gladly supplied them with whatever they needed. They also left a Milwaukee tool lamp here. Seems they were out in a hurry which tells me either something went wrong they don't want to disclose or they were running behind and overbooked services - neither make me feel confident in service received.

Prior to this visit I would have 100% recommended MasterCraft, but it seems there are varying degrees of service depending on the tech.Maybe this is due to inexperience, but there is definitely a need for some training here. Definitely expected better with the cost of service paid.

Its been about a week since Ramces came to fix our leaking showerhead. I had tried everything i could to fix it myself but when Ramces came over he explained that nothing I could have done would have fixed it. He explain to me what a water regulator was a how it downgraded over time. No one had ever explain a servcie job to me the way Ramces did. He was quick, informative and the price was fair, He is asset to Mastercraft Plumbing. Thank you Ramces!

I cannot express how thankful I am for Chandler the GM, Manny, Juan, and Giovanni. We had a gas leak and after a detection company found the leaks, they repaired it right after, and worked with me through the permitting and city inspection process. After the initial work 2 more leaks were found, and they were just as prompt, helpful, and understanding to assist with that as well. The price was more than fair and its rare to find such a responsive and easy to work with company in any trade. Thank you Mastercraft!

Loved working with this company for many reasons but the main one being that they were the first to reach back out after sending a Yelp request. I spoke with Gabriel regarding my clogged yard drain and he was able to send someone out the next morning. Trey and Jacob showed up on time and helped me solve the problem very swiftly. The drain was unclogged and Jacob actually showed me the problem that was causing the clog. All of the gentleman from this company were kind and extremely helpful with any questions I had. Im very satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
