I called yesterday about a leak I have under my sink, I was called back within the hour to set up an appointment for today. My technician arrived earlier than my service window which worked out perfect. Ahmad, my technician was so professional and kind, he saw my garbage disposal was leaking and making an awful noise when we ran it so he tried his best to fix it for me first before just telling me I needed it replaced. He took it apart and unfortunately it was still leaking once he put it back together. Thank you for such great service Ahmad!!

I've used these guys twice. Once for a slab leak and the next time for an emergency call for a clogged toilet. They solved my slab leak much faster and efficiently than I expected. I called on a Thursday with a clogged toilet and Brison got here within 2 hours and fixed the problem is 20 minutes. I couldn't have been happier with either experience. I'll definitely call them next time and recommend them to my neighbors.

Mastercraft was the first to respond to my inquiry when our water heater stopped working. Richard was over the same day and had us set up to replace it the next morning. He was super helpful in answering all of my questions. Chandler came the next morning and did all the work quickly and expertly. What I really appreciate them is that they text a photo of the plumber coming to your house. As a paranoid cautious woman who is usually the one home waiting for repair people, it was nice to see who was coming ahead of time so I could be sure it was actually them and not a serial killer posing as a plumber. Well done guys!

I recently purchased a 35 year-old home in Carlsbad and began a major remodel. MasterCraft is serving as the plumbing contractor on the job. We soon discovered that my original copper plumbing is buried in the concrete slab, making it virtually inaccessible. I've had personal experience with slab leaks (from in-slab plumbing) in the past. Repairing them afterwards is unbelievably expensive and disruptive. Given the age of the original plumbing, I knew it was only a matter of ""when"" it would happen again. My next door neighbors had a slab leak a few months ago and the repair was nightmarish. Our homes were built by the same original developer using the same 1980's techniques and are exactly the same age.

MasterCraft recommended that we repipe my home above-ground as part of the remodel, using modern techniques and new materials to re-route plumbing inside the walls and ceilings, all above ground. They perform so many re-pipings in SoCal that they have staff who are specialists. Enter Bryson, a young and energetic MasterCraft plumber with a can-do attitude and an amazing ability to envision complex solutions behind walls and ceilings before removing any drywall. Bryson designed my new plumbing network and within six days, he and his colleagues (all excellent plumbers) had re-plumbed my entire home using a combination of high quality, gleaming new copper and PEX piping.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and work ethic of Bryson and his colleagues. They put in long, hard hours and delivered an outstanding solution. As a retiree in the middle of remodeling my ""forever home"", it gives me peace-of-mind to know I have a brand new, bulletproof plumbing infrastructure that was delivered by caring professionals who take personal pride in their work. Kudos to Bryson and MasterCraft for their exceptional work and a job well done!

This is an updated review on Turner B their lead plumbing technician who works for MasterCraft Plumbers. I had an issue after this MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet was installed yesterday.

This issue is, I was not able to access this new MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet because for some reason, there was no water that came out of it.
This was after Turner their Lead Plumbing Technician from MasterCraft Plumbers left my home.

This morning I called and I spoke to Chris this answering service specialist and I explained this situation with Chris in me not being able to access this new MOEN Adler Kitchen Faucet because there was no water coming out of this faucet. I asked Chris , can she send a message to Brett their dispatcher and let him know my issue and to ask Turner B. to come over to my house and check out this issue to resolve this problem.

Another minor issue was that Turner B. he accidentally had taken this manual for the MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Installation with him when he was going to throw away the old kitchen faucet part and the box. I always keep the manuals and the Lowe's Sales Receipt for my own reference and my protection in case I have any issues with this new kitchen faucet. I like that I can refer back to this plumbing replacement service for important information on MOEN's Lifetime Warranty on this MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Replacement Service.

Then I received a text message from Brett (dispatcher). Brett told me that Turner B is in enroute and he is driving over to my house right now and he will be at my house shortly to diagnose and to resolve this issue with the water not coming out of this new MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet.


Turner is at my mom's house right now doing the installation on the MOEN Kitchen Pull-Down Faucet Replacement Service. I am observing Turner right now in replacing this MOEN Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet. Turner was very friendly to me when he greeted me at my front door. Then Turner told me he needs to return to his service truck and get his specific tools he needs to complete this MOEN Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Installation Service today.

My Updated Review for Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Turner he knocked on my front door this early afternoon. I greeted Turner with a friendly hello and he came inside my home. Then I explained this situation with Turner. Turner he looked underneath the sink and told me the water valve has been turned off. That's the reason there was no water coming out of this new kitchen faucet. Also Turner showed how to use this new MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet today. It was a simple fix that Turner has done for me. I believe my interaction with Turner these past two days we have developed a good business rapport and business relationship with each other.

Turner started working on installing the MOEN Kitchen Pull-Down Faucet this afternoon at 3:30 p.m. It didn't take Turner very long to complete this installation service in my mom's house today. Then Turner showed me how to use this new MOEN Kitchen Pull-Down Faucet. I was charged a reasonable price for this service and it was very affordable to me. I will give Turner a call again when something else comes up and I need to get a plumbing issue repaired or replaced in my home. I received excellent customer service and Turner and he also did an awesome job today. I highly recommend MasterCraft Plumbers.

I had a clogged master bathroom sink that was beyond my skill set, so I finally decided to call in a professional after trying for hours on a random Wednesday. After several calls and no availability until the following afternoon, I got in contact with Brett at MasterCraft. He also told me they were booked for the rest of the day, but he did something different and asked if he could call his techs and see if any of them would be available that day and call me back. I said sure because he seemed like he really wanted to help me out. He called me back a few times with updates on the techs before finally conceding that none of them would be able to help me until the following day. I ended up finding another plumber that could come within the hour, but the level of effort, professionalism, and candid nature of keeping me updated left a positive mark on me. MasterCraft is now my first call in all future plumbing needs and shout out to Brett for the masterful (pun intended) level of customer service and hustle.

I had a broken valve on my toilet and needed it fixed asap. Thinking no one would respond to set up an appointment on a Sunday evening but they responded within minutes! Master craft plumbers really came through for me when I needed help fast. I had a water pipe leaking in my ceiling (I know what a great design!) that threatened to mold and cause structural damage to my house. Brett got someone out to assess the situation in less than a couple hours (thank you Turner!) on short notice and had the same gentlemen out the next day to fix the pipe. My mother told me he took his time and was meticulous in searching for additional pin holes in our pipes. We will still have to do a full re-pipe but the immediate emergency was solved in record speed for us. Thank you guys again you were incredible, communicative and very professional!
