I am traveling and my neighbor called to tell me we had a water leak in our front yard. The landscaper found it was the main water line and suggested I find a plumber as the pipes used for the initial build are no longer used. MasterCraft called immediately and got Ahmad on site that day for estimates and initial assessment. Ahmad called and walked through his recommendation. We ended up replacing the entire run from street to house. Ahmad and Liz kept me informed the entire time, were able to start the job right away, and finished in 2 days. Stellar work. Would recommend again.

I strongly recommend this company for its honesty, which is very rare these days. I had a leak in a bathroom sink, called this company to come out and check the leaks. Jeremy was the technician, he spent the time to investigate, and found out it is the pipes under the sink untied. He did not charge for his visit, and did not give me an estimate which requires to open up the wall. I was very impressed by his honesty and integrity with customer and his kindness for not accepting payment even through I offered to pay for the diagnosis. I will use them in future plumbing work for sure.

I had a problem outside with a pipe leak and Wyatt came out to do the repair, which was not an easy one. First, I appreciated his professional and friendly demeanor. He arrived in a uniform, introduced himself and got to work, taking the time to explain what the issue at hand was and how it was going to be fixed. Wyatt, Juan and Manny were all great and friendly. I had a water heater leak and they replaced the heater, organized the drywall repair people and came back and installed the unit with the proper drip pan and up to code changes! It was all very easy and smooth!

MasterCraft Plumbers answered our request for an estimate rapidly. Eddie came out the following day and gave us an estimate to replace the main house valve, pressure regulator and associated pipes and fittings. Their estimate seemed reasonable and then Eddie suggested we could add an electronic shut off in case of broken pipe or fixtures within the house.

Eddie also told us about a whole house water filtration system, but we may wait on that installation. We later decided to go ahead with the filtration system and we were offered financing, which we took.

When Eddie finished installing the entire system in one day, he told us how to install the software on our phones and also how to use it.

The installation process was smooth and Eddie and the rest of the crew was professional. We will use MasterCraft in the future. Job well done!
