If you can get excited about sewer line repair- I am excited! We recently found out we had some cracks and separation at the joints in our sewer line. I got some quotes, for tradition repair, but I really didn't want to rip up my whole yard and lose my tree. After reading reviews and reading up on their website I called MasterTrade, they came out, gave me a quote for relining my 70 year old sewer line. No BS just a real deal, ""here's your problem, and here's an effective solution"" consultation which I totally appreciated. Fast forward 3 weeks and we just had our sewer line relined, and it was fast, painless, no holes in my yard, 6 hours and it's done!! I can't recommend them enough!

A different plumber was going to install a clean out on my front lawn and before installation they inserted a camera into the sewer line.  I was told by this other plumber my sewer line was cracked and partially collapsed.  He told me they would need to replace the entire sewer line which also meant breaking up the slab under my finished basement.  I of course was beside myself. 

Another plumber referred me to Master Trade.  Master Trade was able to install a liner instead of digging through the slab.  Spas the owner came to my house and inserted a camera into the sewer line and confirmed it was cracked and at no point was it collapsed.  Spas had me view the video screen while the camera was in the drain and explained each part of the sewer line in detail.   He was very respectful of my basement floor and cleaning the area around the clean out once he pulled out the camera.  He really made me comfortable and explained the entire process in great detail.  He told me that my sewer line could be repaired with a liner.  I was greatly relieved knowing there was no need to dig in the interior of my residence.

The next step was installing the clean out on my front lawn.  The job was done so precise and the crew (Spas, Sergio and one other gentleman) took great care to only dig where needed and were very respectful of my lawn and landscaping.  The next step was inserting the liner.    Spas and his crew Joey and Jay set up all of their equipment and once again were respectful of my property.  Upon completion of the job Spas had me view the video of the new liner.  Everything was cleaned up and left as it was before they started. 

Emmanuel, Director of Sales and Customer Service was extremely professional, efficient and nice.  He promptly sent me the estimate, contract and invoice.  He answered all my questions promptly and kept me apprised during the whole process.  He assisted me with sending the estimate details and video to my insurance company. 

I would not hesitate to utilize this company again for any of my future plumbing needs.  I wish this business great success, it is greatly deserved.

Spas and his entire crew were simply fantastic! They did my clean out and lined my 92 year old drain, as well as other various plumbing jobs. Spas has an amazing eye for detail, is perfectionistic, and obsessive regarding doing the job correctly. He is always my first choice in any plumbing job. I most heartily recommend him. We had a great experience with Spas and David from Master Trade Plumbing. We had water in our crawlspace and were suspecting a sewer issue but were not sure. A representative of a waterproofing company referred us to them as experts in fixing sewer problems. Spas and David came out right away, promptly located two sewer blockages, and fixed them. They solved our problem as the water in the crawlspace soon went away. They were hard-working, efficient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Most of all, I was impressed with how knowledgeable they were. The technology they used was impressive -- I was actually amazed at how cool it was. Their prices seemed very reasonable. The BEST! Spas and Jay have been doing regular work at our home for years. From flood control, heavy duty sewage lines, sump pump, hot water heater, plumbing fixtures, clogs, drain clearing, etc we couldn't be happier. I couldn't imagine ever using another plumber.
