I am very disappointed with this company. I called up and spoke with Tonnya and explained that I needed a gas line ran to my new fireplace. Tonya never mentioned that I needed a quote prior to having a gas line ran. I explained how critical it was because my daughter is dying and I needed it done ASAP. I also requested that they make sure there's no leaks in my two bathrooms. The water kept kicking on and running. This company was out two months earlier with the previous owner for the same problem. The same Tech had worked on her lines same problem. The tech comes out with no knowledge of a gas line, needing to be ran, which I specifically asked for and was told they were able to do the job, by Tonnya. The tech came out and fixed the two toilet lines that were leaking. He didn't have parts ran to the store. I called to inquire whether I would be charged for him going to the store and coming back because it's $109 for the tech. I was told yes I would be charged which is fine. I just need to understand, how things work here. After the Tech put a new faucet and ran two lines to my toilets, stopped the shower leak and capped off my Jacuzzi tub. I was charged. $623.95. 2.5 hours was labor at $109 an hour. So yes, I was a little shocked. Nobody told me or gave me an estimated cost. So I called up Master Tech to speak with the bookkeeper and I asked her for an itemize list of charges, which should not be a problem from any company. I did say to her I would hate to involve an attorney to get the Itemized list. To date I've never gotten it. I did have to call them out 2 days later because there was a major water leak. I called the water company, they came out and had to turn off my water the night before. Nevertheless, Master tech did come out the following afternoon and fixed the leak. While the tech was out here, fixing the water leak We spoke about my gas line that needed to be ran and that he is the one who does the estimates I didn't receive an estimate yesterday so I texted him asking if he had completed it He did not respond, but Tonnya called me today stating that they would no longer do business with me because I threatened to hire an attorney. I explained I did not threaten to hire an attorney. I told her I would hate to get one involved if I did not get an itemized list of charges, it was merely a comment, but she tells me that the owner has decided not to do business with me. It's for this reason. I say buyer beware, Get your estimates upfront!
And to be fair both techs that came out here We're very professional and respectful.

I was in a bind had multiple issues the day my lines clogged. Had to make the call and they were great had a tech there in no time and handled the issue. The tech was great in out and done in less than two hours.
