I received a misleading and deceitful advertisement in the mail suggesting that I sell Master Tech Service Corp my air conditioning and heating system and they will provide up to $3,647 in discounts, rebates, and savings to the purchase and installation of a new unit. After reviewing the document in further detail, the documents provides the following calculations:
Manufacturer Rebate up to $500
10 Year Pars and Labor Warranty - up to $897
Utility Incentives up to $2,250
The deceitful part of the advertisement is Master Tech Service Corp does not provide any of these items. I believe the rest of the Yelp reviews speak for themselves. To the shredder...

The AC unit went out and was fixed the next day by Troy. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. Troy explained everything to me and showed me what the problem areas were. Although I'm in desperate need for a new unit, hopefully this fix will get me through to our cold season

Master Tech was dispatched to my house through First American Home Warranty because my AC went out. They showed up to my house on Thursday, July 7th to diagnose. The tech then packed up everything and said he had to get it approved and it would likely be the next day. I called First American on Friday and they said it was all approved on Thursday, so I called Master Tech back. They told me that the office manager was out and it would be NEXT TUESDAY before they would be able to approve. The temp outside was over 103 degrees and inside my house was 90 degrees. They REFUSED to try to call someone to get it approved so they could get the repairs done. This is the absolute worst customer service I have every had. The DO NOT care at all about their customers, only money.

As usual, MasterTech Texas was on time and completed our service check up of our ac units in a very efficient manner. Calvino Villarreal was our new tech and he was a very polite young man. We still miss Rocky but Clavio did a very thorough job of checking out our units And was extremely courteous.
'In this very difficult labor market, Matt (the owner) seeks out the best. I never worry how any service will be performed because it's always top notch. Thanks, Matt.

After contacting my warranty company relating to an issue I was having with my plumbing, a plumbing company (not Master Tech) was sent to my house. It was determined that I had slab leak on the hot water side. The warranty company declined the original repair estimate, but after the issue continued, Mastertech was sent out. Mastertech stated that they identified the leak and I was advised that a hole needed to be dug out under the house to access the leak. After spending $2500 on repairs my issue was not resolved, and the leak was still happening under the house in the same area. After speaking with Justin the manager in charge, I was advised he would not be sending anyone out to review the work unless I removed my 1 star review from Google. He actually tried to force me to change the score. This didn't seem fair to me, as my issue was not resolved and I was simply asking for someone to come and review the work. Then after speaking with Justin for a while, I agreed to revisit my review after someone was sent back out to check the work. Justin agreed to send someone out to check the work. The following Monday (Today), no one arrived, and when I spoke with Bethany on the phone, she advised that Master Tech would not be servicing my address. This comes after I previously asked to have the owner contact me regarding my issue. Not only has the owner never contacted me, but also I've have to call back to follow up each time. Then to be told that they are refusing to service my address, that is a slap in the face. I've been nice on the phone, even though I'm very upset. I have right to complete a review, and I've seen several bad reviews for this company. I've never been told that someone is going to refuse to do business with me unless I remove a negative review. The same leak still exists. I would not recommend this company under any circumstance.
Do I need to pursue legal action just to get someone to take ownership here?

Troy, our service tech, provided excellent service by educating and assisting us with thinking through the pros and cons of various AC configurations and systems based on our needs.
He was timely, prompt and stayed well after the day's end to answer my questions until I was satisfied. He is a wealth of information, knows his trade, and provided excellent customer service. Recommended highly!

I'm currently getting my Honda Civic fixed here. They offered me a better price and better service than other places available. I really appreciated how friendly the staff were and how accommodating they were. They really worked with me.

I have had the WORST customer service experience with this company!!! They have sent the exact same plumber (ANDREW) to my home FOUR times in less than 3 weeks. I called because water was sitting under the floor where my toilet sits. The 1st he said nothing was wrong at all (I wasn't home to physically show him). I called the same day as his FIRST visit to state he was clearly mistaken and that I was hearing water swish around and can see the blue from the toilet water in the floor cracks. They sent the same tech back who then magically saw and heard the water. Then he said oh it's just the wax ring after his 2nd visit. 3rd visit- oh the bolts aren't tight. Now I call ask for a supervisor. I'm told by Shelby I can't talk to one and she would have them call me. I reminded her she told me that 10 days prior and that never happened. I asked for the address to the office so I could speak to the supervisor in person she refused to give it to me. Then a supervisor (Bethany) is magically available. She then yells at me and hangs up the phone as I am trying to ask her WHY they keep sent the same contractor who keeps saying basically nothing is wrong. I will be filing a claim with the BBB and contacting my attorney AND suggesting to my warranty company to end ties with this particular company. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Mind you, You are the ones coming back four times and every time finding something different in a three week time frame. Is it really a customer issue or a tech issue. I think I as a PAYING customer have every right to need through explanation of WHY and to be annoyed. AGAIN FOUR times in 3 weeks about the SAME issue. HORRIBLE!

I asked the service tech for hes license he left hes tools at my house and left. contacted company they hung up I got it fixed for 1/8 what they wanted

SCAM ALERT! This contractor was sent to our home by First American home warranty to replace our 40 gallon hot water heater. They wanted to charge over $1,000 in addition to what FA was paying them. They would not provide any details on type/model of the replacement unit when requested. They would not respond to our requests for this information and they would not respond to FA with the details either! After going over a week without hot water we accepted a minimum charge cash out from FA because this contractor would not even verify the charges with FA.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Would not recommend.
