Master Service Plumbing installed my gas line for my new generator.
They were very professional, and I was grateful they did not 'pulverize' my pavers, but, instead, carefully removed them and stacked them neatly so we could replace them without calling a paving company with a large added expense.
They were very quiet, hand shoveled the dirt. Very neat.
I am very satisfied with them, and I would definitely use them again.

I can not thank these folks enough for their assistance! We woke up to a leak around our water heater. The problem was compounded by the fact that are house is being sold. We are in escrow and the Inspection was being done today.

I called Master Service and spoke to a very kind young woman (I apologize that I didn't get her name). She arranged for a plumber to come out today. Clint arrived and immediately found the problem. He fixed it right away!

The Inspector was here and could see the work and gave us a big ""Thumbs up"".

They did a great job after the final visit but it required a couple of visits for things to be fixed. Our shower valve was installed upside down but they do have experts that can fix it. Their customer service line is also helpful. They came back out to make it right. Just note that they charge you the travel time from their last appointment to your house which is at the rate of $100/hr.

Had a leak in my main water supply to irrigation system. Plumber arrived same day I requested service. He was courteous and promptly repaired the problem. I would recommend this company.

Absolutely the best in town! Hands down! Had problems with our water heater, on a Monday morning of all days. Called and spoke with Josh (who is totally awesome) and he sent one of their service technicians (Robert) out within the hour. Robert was very professional, gave me all my options while prioritizing the total cost to remedy. We chose to replace the water heater rather than repair it. Josh put us on the schedule immediately to have it replaced within the week. He had a cancellation and got us on the schedule earlier than expected. We had also called around to compare price as well as how soon it could be replaced. 3 other competitors were at least $600-$1000 more than what Master Service Plumbing quoted and they were 2 weeks out. Even with being short technicians, they were still able to replace out water heater within 3 days! Master Service Plumbing is the best in town! Don't hesitate, just give them a call!

This is the worst place ever! My apartment complex uses them to ""fix"" plumbing issues. They are sexist and hate women! They play games and do a half-ass job and don't know what they are doing, then they mess with your water and leave the hot water off. It is constant drama and take forever to make an appointment to fix something if they ever call at all. I wish the apartment building I live in would use a different vendor.

I bid my custom home out to three separate plumbing contractors. Master Service wasn't the cheapest. The owner started out of the gate awesome with great customer service and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately once our home was under way we had nothing but issues. We had problems with everything from incorrect layout, not showing up when scheduled, installing the basic of plumbing items incorrectly, not tightening things properly which then caused leaks which damaged finished wood products to running hot and cold water lines to close together so that we don't get cold water because the radiant heat off the hot water line heats the cold one. The list goes on and on....... We fought with them most of the way regarding the fixes. My final straw was when they came back out to finally finish caulking around a tub and when trying to diagnose the hot/cold water issue they knocked the drain line out of the wall for our washing machine and didn't notice it........until the first time I ran the washing machine which then flooded the entire laundry room.
If I had one bit of advice on these guys, move along to your next option and save yourself the headache, wish I had.

Awesome service!!!

We used Master Service Plumbing for a repair job in our condo in Arlington Towers which is a 50+ year old building. Having done some repairs in our unit myself I personally know how due to the age of the building and its pipes repairing one thing can easily break three more things. Master Service Plumbing came promptly, they were very efficient and professional, and made an exceptionally difficult and tricky job look easy. Master Service Plumbing finished the job quickly and for exactly what they quoted me it would cost.

I highly recommend Master Service Plumbing and I would not consider using anyone else for any future plumbing work.
