Master Rooter is a class act from the moment you talk to Kenny - who's smart, responsive, a great communicator and always remembers our house/us by name.

...straight through to (in our case) when Renal and John come to do the work. Renal is a legit Master Plumber; a consummate professional; and someone we learn from on every visit. John was new to the company when we first met him and is also a real pro - hardworking; doesn't mind explaining things to me; and an all-around pleasure to work with.

When something goes wrong, it's such a relief to have Kenny/Master Rooter to call as we can 100% count on them and their rates are very fair.

The two technicians who were sent out were the most respectful and knowledgable of any service people I've ever worked with.

They were sure to ask my name and were extremely polite and helpful. Before they came in the door, both techs put protective covers over their shoes, wore a mask the entire time, and laid a drop cloth on our kitchen floor. They were fixing a building issue that resulted in my kitchen sink filling up and leaving standing water. The techs not only cleared the drain, they left the sink as clean if not cleaner than before the issue began.

I didn't hire Master Rooter, the building I live in did because it was a common pipes issue. I wholeheartedly recommend Master Rooter and will hire them myself for any future issues that may arise. This level of service is very rare these days and I was pleasantly surprised to it.

Had a kitchen sink stoppage/back-up. Kenny came the next day and completely resolved the issue in minimum time, The project was made more difficult due to the single drain system in our sink; the only drain ran thru the disposal. However, Kenny completely cleared the stoppage and had the drain free-flowing.
Have used Master Rooter several times for various issues. Each time the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction.
Would HIGHLY recommend Master Rooter for any type of plumbing needs.

Trustworthy, professional, extremely competent, friendly, dependable and reliable. Prices are fair, and work is excellent. Kenny and Renal are punctual, efficient, and get the job done right the 1st time, and don't over charge you. They know what they are doing and don't waste your time/money. They are happy to answer questions and/or explain the how/why. They have worked on my mom's house in San Gabriel many years and meet/exceed our expectations every time. Would use myself but they don't service Orange County.
Very HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, A+ plumbing company. We recommend to all our friends and family.

When I was given Kenny's name and number to call about our need for a replacement garbage disposal, I immediately went to Yelp to read their reviews....and was amazed at how positive they all were.....

Well now I know why: from the first phone call to the completed job, Kenny was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, tidy and he solved my problem in a way that saved me much more than I could have imagined.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Kenny and Renal have been servicing my parents house for a few years now, and have always provided us with professional and excellent service. They are very friendly and communicate clearly, so there is no misunderstanding about what is going on. Whenever we have plumbing problems, Kenny is our ""go-to guy"" and we know we are in good hands.

Master Rooter has helped us with our main line, water heater, and other various bathroom/kitchen issues. Every time they have had to come to our house (which has been quite often during the last few years) they always clearly explain what they are doing and make sure that my parents fully understand what the problem is, and how it will be fixed. Kenny and Renal are very responsive to phone calls and voice mails as well.

Prices are very fair and reasonable. I trust them 100%. :)

Kenny did an excellent job. We had a blocked main line, Kenny came out and fixed it relatively quickly. He then did a few small jobs that we had been putting off. Absolutely no complaints! Also, this is a independent, family run business, so everyone seems totally competent.
