Well they did a temporary fix on our bathroom sink. 70.00 on a Sunday he didn't have the correct size fittings. Came back Monday fixed it. 183.00 the water lines are reversed so cold is hot and hot is cold. I called and was told he would call and correct the problem. He did NOT. So 250 bucks to connect two water lines. He was her a total of about a hour.

Friendly service all around. Sometimes making appt's and scheduling the help needed you can be frustrated and seem on edge. Why wouldn't you? You probably have a serious problem with your plumbing. I've used master rooter twice this year and I will never get help from another company. The business is quick to get you help and offer 24/7 help if it's an emergency. I had the same gentleman (Robert L) help me both times calling the company. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and very nice. He talks me through everything he's doing and how he will fix it. He cleans up after himself (which is very pleasant) and doesn't leave a mess. Not one single muddy foot print, or any spilled water in my kitchen. I can't rave on about this guy! Even making my appt the receptionist was very helpful and easy going. Assured me that everything will get fixed correctly and quickly. Honestly I don't think there's a better option for your plumbing needs.

I called this service... a plumber came out ... opened his pocket knife and spent 30 seconds scraping a feature in our toilet and left us with a $114 bill. Never again

We called Master Rooter on Monday as we were having trouble with our toilet that was continuously running water. They booked us an appointment for Wednesday at 8am, I was expecting to wait over a week!
Jim Ellison arrived right at 8am and began working, he was very polite and helpful.
The problem was fixed in a matter of minutes!

I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a plumbing repair in Twin Falls.

This is a horrible company I would not recommend them to anybody to do anything there human resources it's horrible the owner of the company doesn't return calls I wouldn't recommend their services to no one it's a horrible horrible company
