Deceptive technicians deceptive pricing. It was a long and drawn out process. Verbal Quote was not honored. Arrived without the proper equipment. If you proceed with this company good luck.

Definitely do your research before being employed here! You'll make money but get fired overnight when owner feels the need he doesn't need you! Great place to learn and piggy back off to start your own business or grow to a better company! The best manager the company has had has left check the records! Dennis Vigil helped grow this company to what it is today!

It's a shame they do not have zero star ratings on here!! Look at other reviews (on Yelp as well), you will see I'm not the only unhappy customer.

My drain backed up and I called Master rooter. They came out and cleared the line then recommended a scope, which we did. Upon review of the scope Master Rooter told me I needed the main sewer line replaced ($$$$$$$$$$$).

I then called for a second opinion from Sewer Scope LLC. They came out and the first thing they did is scoped the line. It was already plugged back up from the day before. Daryl then brought in his ""big machine"" and cleaned the sewer line. We then scoped again and the line was clean. Daryl indicated that the sewer pipe was in good condition and under no conditions needed to be replaced.

Their owner, Tony, called me in response to this review which he clearly didnt like. He was a completely arrogant RUDE JERK. I asked for a refund and he told me to pound sand and also threatened me asking if I wanted to ""meet in person"" after I expressed my distaste with him and his company. Keep talking Tony, I'll have the cops there in no time flat!

Honestly don't waste your time there are honest businesses out there and THIS IS NOT ONE! BEWARE!

I've been looking for a plumber I could trust for a long time. This entire team is amazing! From the dispatcher to the plumber everyone is there to make sure you are taken care of. Fair pricing and very efficient. Everything you could ask for in a trusted plumber. I needed them to come out in the middle of the night and Jordan was absolutely amazing when helping get someone out as quickly as possible. 10 out of 10 for service! Thank you master rooter!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had dealing with a plumbing company! When scheduling service, the person on the phone was extremely polite and professional, they gave me a 2 hr time window and showed up 15 minutes early! The plumber came prepared and had my toilet fixed in no time, I highly recommend that anyone with plumbing needs contact Master Rooter.

I am giving one star just because of the previous plumber we had, otherwise I would give zero stars for this last plumber that came to our house. We found out yesterday that the problems we had with our main sewer line were made up by him. We had our line inspected with a camera and none of the problems he said we had were true. My advice to Master Rooter is; Only hire honest, experienced plumbers that know what they are doing.

Terrible company. They did work for a family member and they had to come back several times for a small issue. Eventually, we called another company who fixed the problem right away and we haven't had issues since. They do not care about the people they are servicing, we tried to at least get a discount and were treated very poorly. They tell you someone will call you back and you will never hear from anyone. RUN!!!

My husband and I picked Master Rooter to replace the main sewer line in our house.

Master Rooter is definetly more expensive than others but they assured us they finish every job efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction and I was ok paying a lot more knowing they wouldn't destroy my lawn in the process.

What actually happened was much worse than some dead grass. After installing the sewer line, they reconnected the sprinkler lines and they buried the trench they created. Within a week the trench caved in and broke our sprinler line.

About two weeks went by before they showed up. When they showed up however, they came to fill the trench with more dirt, leaving my broken sprinkler line even less accesssible.

A few days after that they sent a crew out to fix the sprinkler line. I met the crew outside of my house and they said they were looking over what parts needed to be bought for the sprinkler line to be fixed and that they would go to Home Depot for the parts they needed and would soon return. They left and never came back.

Now as we try to get ahold of them we are having no luck from them to help us even though they give a 5 year warranty on their work and it hasn't been more than a few weeks and we have had several problems already.

We might go the Better Business Bureau route but we see that they had their BBB accreditation removed last year for exactly this reason. They weren't able to complete the job to the customer's satisfaction and refused to help their own customers in good faith. Stay away from these people!!!!

My husband and I are both in our 70's and we don't have the time or energy for all of this chaos.

It's nice to know that you have unlicensed plumbers working for your company. I wouldn't recommend your services to anyone that I know! Maybe you should get your plumbers properly licensed before you send them out to do their job-I'll make sure to let all my family and friends know
