Had problem with hot water heater not getting hot water but lukewarm water!! Came out checked hot water heater and tech found it was on vacation mode! Also had tech clear out bath tub, which was slow drain and also asked tech to tighten faucet in bathroom!! He was very polite, helpful and did not charge an arm and leg for services!! Would highly recommend this company!!

Had another great experience with Jay from Master Rooter. This time he cleared a clogged line that emptied my kitchen sinks. It was not an easy job and finally required him to go into the crawl space under the house to access the problem. The house was built in the 50's and they ran the lines with very challenging configurations. Jay kept at it till he came up with a solution and now the sinks drain easily. What I really like about Jay is his creativity and persistence. If one thing doesn't work he tries something else. This is a far cry from the plumbers who flat out wouldn't even try to tackle a job they thought would be too difficult. He is very pleasant to work with and has a great attitude, even after getting ""slimed"" with the black junk creating the clog and soaked with water of unknown cleanness. He is very thorough in his work making sure everything is tight and secure so water isn't leaking anywhere.

This company is more then willing to take your money, but not follow up when they didn't correct the job...didn't return calls.
This is the most unprofessional of plumbing companies!

They came out and cleared our drain under the kitchen sink and charged a significant amount. We thought all was well until this week until we found that the trap wasn't secured properly and had been leaking daily for a couple of months.
