He's helped us with large and small issues, from replacing an ejector pump, to finding and repairing small but tricky leaks.

Master Rooter has a price list for every service, so there's no guesswork. Mourad is exceptionally punctual, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients. He also takes care to ensure the safety of his clients, and _always_ wears a mask and offers touchless payment options.

Master Rooter's prices are extremely competitive. An ejector pump replacement cost less than half of what I've paid other services and was done with far more care and to a higher standard.

Put simply, if I ever have a plumbing problem, I know who to call. The Master Rooter is always there to save the day.

I highly recommend Mourad for any plumbing job. I have to agree with all the other reviews. If I can give him another star I would. He is very honest, knowledgeable, professional and punctual. He charged me a lot less than I was expected to pay to fix my pipes. My pipes had a leak in the wall from the cold weather. Another plumber told me that along with that my sewer needed to be rod. He should me where it did not need that. He will be the only plumber I use moving forward.

I had a couple of negative experiences with other plumbers (poor work, being over charged) and I can honestly say that Master Rooter was a life saver. Mourad is honest, competent and responsive. Having him help us out with several different plumbing issues has been a breath of fresh air. He has fixed a difficult leak that was in our garage ceiling, he fixed a multitude of broken pipes (outdoors). He fix a leak in my bathroom sink and my kitchen sink.
