This is my second review. My Street light lamppost was old and rotted and blew over during a recent storm. I had been putting off getting it replaced because I didn't know who to call. I knew Master Project did larger projects, but i forgot they pretty much do ""everything"". Mike previously had installed a new bathroom and remodeled my old fireplace for me and Master Project did a great job. My husband suggested I call them first, since it required electrical work and my husband won't do that. I sent Mike an e-mail and a picture of what needed to be done and he responded right away with a very reasonable quote. Mike came out and installed the new light and it works and looks great. I would reccommend Master Project for any home improvement job, large or small. I have a few other projects I plan to have them do after the holidays.

We bought a major ""fixer-upper"" that was owned by a slum-lord and the renters completely destroyed every room in the house. There was holes in almost every wall in every room. The kitchen needed to be gutted and all new cabinets, counters and floor had to be replaced. All 3 bath rooms were so discussing everything had to be torn out and replaced. We received 5 bid/quotes from reputable contractor companies locally. Upon meeting with all of them, we decided to go with Master Project Inc. They were not the cheapest bid, nor the most expensive bid either. Our choice was made because they were prompt, courteous, professional and VERY through providing the most detailed bid/quote we had received. Not only that but Michal took the time to explain how they would break up the job in phases and gave a timeline for each phase, while assuring us that they would meet our deadline to have the project completed before Thanksgiving because we had all of our family coming over. After taking with Michael, we could tell he a lot of experience in his trade and we felt comfortable moving forward with the project. All said and done, Master Project Inc did a phenomenal job that met and exceeded our expectations. They finished our home ahead of schedule. Not only that, our home is now worth more than we initially paid for the home along with the full renovation....no complaints here!! We are all moved in now and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new home with plenty of time to prepare for the Holidays. We would highly recommend their awesome services to anyone. I'm still dealing with the very poor workmanship that Michael J. did 2-1/2 years ago to replace dry rotted panels on my home. This weekend (Sept 7, 2016), I discovered a slow leak at floor level on the outside of the house, an area that is never used and why this leak had not been detected before now. The plumber found that Michael had used nails that were way too long when he shot them into panels he had replace. One of the nails shot right through a water line (pex pipes). Because of this, my home warranty insurance didn't apply, so I had to pay for the entire amount to rip off the panel, pull out the nail, replace the water pipe that was ruined, then replace the outside panel again. This ended up costing me a lot of money. There have been many other problems with Michael's work, but I've not written about them until now. Currently, I'm having to pay another contractor to redo a lot of the work that Micheal did so poorly.

Master Project, Inc. did couple projects for me over last three years: bathroom remodel and new flooring. They were on time, on budget and easy to work with. Mike checked everything after the work was completed and answered all my questions. I'll be giving them a call for my next remodel. Thank you again Master Project!' They are the best !

Choose MP inc after several estimates for a remodel of the master bathroom.. They started demo on a Friday and didn't come back til Monday. I wish I would've known they didn't work weekends.. Monday they worked only a couple hours, not happy bc this was prolonging the project. The workers left the all their tools in the bedroom- laid against our bed! I was almost 6 months pregnant and had to tip toe in my own bedroom bc they completely took over.. overall bad timing- took longer than should have.. poor communication.. Said they would start at 9, wouldn't come til 9:45 or whenever they wanted.. after we found mold on the wall and the contractor refused to even come and look!!!! we had to threaten w bad reviews and BBB for him to come.. he claimed it was due to the walls not being painted .. I wish he would've given his professional advise to paint the walls before hand bc the sink/vanity was already installed and sealed to the walls.. meaning we would have to pull the sink out to paint the back wall and have it re sealed.. well, we didn't bother calling him to repair any of their mistakes bc of his lack of knowledge, Customer care and communication. We found out the granite he put in wasn't even sealed on top!!!!!! he left the vanity w/ wall texture.. we paid for removal of a medicine cabinet and they didn't even take out the anchors just barely covered it!! wow!!! such lazy work!!! I would never recommend this company.. I will add photos of his work also. overall- poor communication, never on time, lazy work, refuses to come back once they leave.. awful.. worse experience..

Starting any remodel is scary. I received several quotes which were all way over my budget and not exactly what I was looking for. I hired Master Project to do a master bath remodel. Mike and crew were honest, hard-working and neat and I was always kept well-informed regarding the cost and status of the project. They finished on time and within budget. My new granite shower and granite vanity top are beautiul. I will definitely hire them again and would recommend them.
