Our sewer line backed up overnight and was discovered at 9am. The Master Pro team was able to get to us before noon. They ran a clean out rod 120 feet through our sewer pipe and discovered a clump of tree roots! The issue was resolved and our water is free flowing again. Great response time and a fantastic job.

Had these guys out a couple of times to do work at my house. They did a good job fixing my drainpipe and a busted water pipe, but the problem is when they dug up my front yard to work on the water pipe, they pulled down one of the electrical wires from one of my outside outlets and now 3 of my outside outlets don't work. When I called them to let them know what happened and even had them talk to the electrician that discovered the problem, I was told that they would be out to fix the problem. I have phoned them 7 times to date, to find out when they would be out to fix their mistake and I have yet to hear back from them - not even a phone call saying I'm not sure if I can fix the problem, but I will have someone come out and fix it for me or you can have someone come out and fix it and then send me the bill. I will never recommend this company to anyone. It is pretty sad that you find a company that you like but then get disappointed big time when they can't fix their mistake and can't even respond to phone calls.

We called Master pro plumbers inc. because our pipe broke and for months sewage was building up in the crawl space.
They came and gave us an estimate. said they would clean all the sewage replace a pipe in the bathroom and throw down lime.

James reinsured us that everything was done right said it wasn't as bad as we thought. I should have no problems. The house still smelled like shit. So I had somebody else come and they said he never fixed the pipe in the bathroom and it looks like he never even cleaned out the sewage. We tried calling them and they never called back.

We had a good experience with Master Pro Plumber. Our water heater wasn't working on a Friday. After a few attempts to call plumbers a bit closer, I found Master Pro online. We explained what was happening over the phone to Jimmy and he was able to figure out the problem. He ordered the part we needed and said he'd be out on Saturday. Bobby came out and replaced the part that wasn't working anymore and we now have a working water heater. Master Pro was prompt and fairly priced and didn't try to talk us into anything we really didn't need.

I hired Master Pro to do some work on my bathroom. It took multiple attempts to get them out to do the work. Then, they did most of the work and said to call them to come back and finish once the walls were repaired. Unfortunately, I paid in full at the time. Once I was ready for them to come back and finish the work, they started by scheduling appointments that they never showed up to and now they just ignore my calls and voicemails. I can't speak to the quality of the work because I can't test any of the plumbing until the valves are installed. With all of the options out there, I would not recommend you use Master Pro Plumbers. If you do decide to use these guys, make sure they finish everything before you pay them.

I called them out for camera service because previous plumber did not have cameras and they already tried rodding and so did I. Master Pro Plumber kept pushing for them to rod inside the house for almost $400 and refused to do the camera first. They said it would save me money spending $400 then another $200 to camera instead of just the $200 to camera. The cleanout outside of the house was clean and I needed the camera to look back towards the house to see what is going on. It was dirt in the water in my floor drain so a pipe broke somewhere. Master Pro refused to camera first until I finally turned them away after. He went to his truck to talk on the phone and came back and said he would camera the pipes, but by that time they already lost my trust.

Extremely happy with the service received Jimmi was very nice and fixed all my problems Kitchen sink water pressure, leak, installed a new water heater and finally changed the toilet tank fixture

If i could give negative stars i would. Worst experience ever with any business hands down. Charged high repair cost and never actually did the job. He came out to replace our well pump, after canceling on a Saturday, he showed up 5 hours late on Monday. He showed up with a box truck, which i now know, will not do squat when it comes to pulling a pump. You NEED a pump truck. The day he did the repair we had continued problems, after calling he insisted it was our water softener company. Mind you, we never had a problem prior to his ""repair"". After multiple calls with about 2 responses and two guarantees he'd be back, he never showed or answered the phone again. This has been ongoing for 10 days. After having absolutley no water and not being able to stay in our home we called someone else. Today the pump was actually replaced. When the pump was pulled it was dated 1982, it was also worn because of years of being in a well. Jimmi is a liar and a complete fraud. Not to mention the man has no conscious, how does someone charge $2000, not do a job, claim they did and leave a family of 5 with a toddler and a baby with no water!
