Christobal had worked on my property before. He is so efficient as well as good at Planning. He solved my problem in a much shorter time with fewer materials than any other plumbers' solutions. Because of the efficiency his cost was much less as well.

I love the fact that he gets right to work and gets done as soon as possible. Even if the job takes multiple days, he is very conscientious about how the property is kept. He always cleans up after himself And keeps me updated on what's happening.

This last time I had a water main break to the building and it cost me hundreds of gallons a day leaking ($4,000+ water bill!!!). Eventually, we figured it was the tree root that was creating the problem. So he proposed a reroute under the sidewalk from the main, connecting directly to the building. He also proposed installing a pressure regulator so that it would not need so much pressure and therefore be more efficient.

He covered the underground copper pipes with a plastic liner so that they wouldn't corrode. He poured new concrete to replace the part of the walkway the rerouting had to go through. It looks even better than before!

If you have a big job or a small job, I would highly recommend using Master Plumbing.

Since he was such a new business owner, he didn't have his credit card and merchant services set up yet. We were able to work out a way to charge my plumbing project eventually. I hope he gets that straightened out soon because otherwise it would limit his size of projects and payments.

The experience of my service with Cristobal was excellent from end-to-end, and I highly recommend his plumbing service. As soon as I sent my project requests, he was clear and responsive -- even at 9-10pm in the evening and was able to come promptly on 11am the next day. He was quick, and friendly.

The service was that I had a leak in my toilet, pretty basic but essential -- fixed the valve, fill valve, and installed my bidet.

Paid $200 -- as I reached out to different projects in the area this was roughly in line with the average cost. So, I assume it's fair.

Cristobal was great from end to end. Rapid response to my Yelp task [only hot water coming out of shower head ], provided availability the next day, quoted the most likely cost range based on my description of the problem, as well as the 'next' range if he found deeper issues day of. Showed up on time, and texted a few minutes ahead as I'd requested. Shoe covers at all times. He identified the needed replacement parts, left to source them himself, returned quickly, and installed the parts. Checked in with me a couple times, and had me give him feedback on the settings for maximum temp output. He billed me right in the middle of his quoted range, and showed pictures and some video of the work he had done. Accepted Zelle, suggested waiting until the next morning to let the silicone set, and offered a verbal six-month guarantee, which I noted in the Zelle comment. Happy Customer!
