I called Master Plumbing yesterday and an appt. was set for this afternoon. They called this morning to say they could come even earlier and Ken showed up 15 minutes later. First he listened to my detailed description of the ongoing problem and then he went to work immediately finding the root of the problem in the line between the house and the main sewer with another smaller blockage in the house line. More importantly, Ken gave me a lesson in Plumbing 101 and told me who to call before calling in a plumber if the problem should persist, and how to do preventive maintenance going forward. Master Plumbing is now my go to plumbing company!

Ken came to our complex on a hot (93deg) Sunday to sort out our situation. He was friendly and quick, especially considering the heat and the fact that he had to get up on the roof. I would definitely call them again!

Master plumbing came out to figure out where a leak was coming from. The window provided by phone was a 4 hour window which sucked because I had to take off work and wait around. Ken arrived, introduced himself and put on his protective booties. I said he didn't need to as my floors are already dirty and he still put them on. I explained what was happening and he took a look where the leak was coming from. Since the condo I'm in has an upstairs the appointment required both of us to be home. Ken went up stairs and did his investigation. He was going back and forth between both units. He was very professional and friendly. Hopefully we don't have any future issues but if we did hopefully they send Ken because he knows his stuff. He cleaned up his mess (he had to cut some dry wall), and disposed of it. I've had people in the past not clean up and leave their trash behind. Great job Ken!

Jorge and Sergio they were fantastic. Super clean and concerns.very professional.i always had to do major cleaning after but this time nothing was left behind for me.
I was a little disappointed of people answering the phone ,kind of rude but the plumbers were FANTASTIC.

Came home from work to a mess in my bathroom sink. Sink was clogged, as well as our neighbors next door. The building maintenance guy apparently made the matter worse. Jorge came to the rescue and had the problem fixed for both of us in 20 mins. He even cleaned up the messed from the maintenance guy. Jorge was highly professional and definitely recommend him.

I highly recommend this company for plumbing service. My toilet was needing to be replaced and I was expecting to be charged something outrageous. The service was done by service technician Jorge 37. He arrived at the expected time, he put his booties over his boots before entering my place, he was very polite and explained and showed me where the damage was to the toilet tank and the cost. His work was impeccable and completed within the time he said it would take.

Hopefully I won't need to have any plumbing service again, but if I did I would call this company again. The price is right, service is great and they are fortunate to have a technician like Jorge represent this company!

Our water bill for our toilet had suddenly shot up from 30/month to 200/month last month so we called Master Plumbing to find what the problem was. Ken came in and found our flappers in both our toilets were leaking. He was so polite and fixed the problem very quickly. You could see he definitely knew what he was talking about.
