I've used Master Plumbing twice now for one small (but urgent) water leak jobs and for a bigger job and both times they were terrific! They were professional, quick, and were available to come surprisingly quickly to my relief. Their fees are reasonable too. They're my go to shop for sure.

It was a Friday night and I had just discovered a leak from out unit down to the garage. I was referred to Master Plumbing by the association. They were very helpful and professional from the initial phone call and able to assess the situation over the phone based on what I was describing in detail. I was immediately calmed down (the leak wasn't so bad and no the building won't fall apart) and advised I can wait for Monday morning since the rates are overtime pay at the moment. (Thanks for lookin out.) Plumber Vincent came out on Monday, assessed the problem within minutes and called out for a replacement water heater immediately. The service was fast, clean, and proficient like the problem never happened. We even have stronger water pressure now! I guess when the water was turned off three years ago by the old tenant it was never really turned back on fully. Amazing! Oh! I also chose Master Plumbing because they are familiar with the property and worked out smoothly with the association.

Master plumbing does the plumbing for my apartment building. Jimmy came in and replaced my shower valve. He was very courteous and didn't leave a mess like lots of plumbers do. Everything works great! Thanks Jimmy and Master Plumbing!

These guys rock, plain and simple. We recently had major water damage due to old and outdated sink fittings. They responded the same day I called them and completed the repairs quicker (and cheaper) than I expected. Later in the week I called them in a panic about leaking fittings running into into my washer. Same prompt service and quality repairs. They even installed a bathroom faucet for me. The woman who answered the phone (Amy) was very knowledgable about plumbing. Great value and great work.

Had a fairly new water heater but it had a major leak on top. It had leaked to the floor below, so water was shut off. I was recommend to call Master Plumbing. Freddy showed up on schedule, and thoroughly check the problem. He was able to give me an immediate assessment of costs for parts and timeframe. Was completed as promised and very reasonable. Was a very pleasant experience and all works well.

Thanks, Freddy, for being on time, doing a great job, leaving everything neat, and explaining everything you were doing. For a minor leak Master Plumbing came that day. Can you imagine how fast they would respond to a serious leak? Now we have found a great outfit! What a relief after trying for two days to find a plumber.

Found a pipe linking right before I was leaving work. So I found Master Plumbing & Sewer on yelp and they were great. They were at my location within 30 minutes of my call. Fixed the link and DOUBLE CHECKED his work to make sure it was done correctly. Jimmy you are awesome.

I recently had a major plumbing problem in my condo. It involved the sewer and took Jose over two hours. As of yet, I have not received the bill, so I can't speak to that. But I can tell you that Jose was wonderful, very capable, and a nice person too. He came out exactly when he said he would. I had called our homeowners' association about the problem, and now I know why they use Master Plumbing. I'm reading that their prices are right too, and I am writing this review in spite of the fact that the bill has not come yet. Another reason to go with them. Reliability and know-how plus respect for your home. What's not like?

I had a amazing experience with Master Plumbing. Late Friday afternoon, after trying unsuccessfully to unplug my kitchen sink, I called Master Plumbing at 4:30pm. They had someone at my home by 5:15pm. Jimmy and Jamal very quickly assessed the problem and resolved the issue - unclogging my drain and garbage disposal. They told me what I should and shouldn't not be putting down my garbage disposal. They did an excellent job making sure all was working well before they left - and cleaning everything up before they left. I would not hesitate to use Master Plumbing again and recommending them to friends.
