Driver illegally turned on a red arrow. I have the dashcam video to prove it and submitted a complaint to law enforcement. Claims it wouldn't turn green but I was behind the truck and It turned green 30 seconds later. Dangerous, reckless business. Will follow-up with BBB and submit dashcam vid online. Avoid this business. Work with a professional instead.
This auto filled ""Loved that they showed up in a mask."" Funny, because that's ALMOST exactly why they're getting one star. It left out *didn't*. My pipes broke and I had water spewing. My usual plumber and everyone else I called was backed up two weeks. Theae guys could be here in 4 days max and possibly the next day so I went with them. I wasn't thrilled or happy when the guy showed up without a mask on.
Walking into someone else's house in the middle of the worst disease outbreak in a hundred years and you won't wear a mask because ""[you're] sick of this Corona crap""? I'm so glad to get your medical opinion. And thanks for letting me know that the next time I have plumbing issues I need to call my dentist.
Extending basic countries is your responsibility. It's not something other people should have ask you to do.
I recently purchased appliances through Best Buy and they sent Master Plumbing out to install the appliances. I can't say enough great things about the team that was sent out. I had to update a gas line to be to code and the team was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done.
They were very cognizant about taking their shoes off and were generally a pleasant team.
I had issues earlier in the morning with refrigerator installers not wanting to hook up to a plastic line. Master plumbing hooked up a braided cable line for me as a courtesy so I could get my refrigerator back with no issues.
They were unable to complete my dishwasher install because the unit was missing a piece- another plumbing company was recently sent out to finish that installation and tried to tell me I needed an extra $323 in work done before they could help.
Master plumbing was knowledgeable and tremendously helpful. I would definitely hire this company to do work for me again.
Darolyn S.Only giving these guys a 1 because I attempted to call them at least 4-5 times, left a message, no one returned my phone calls nor did anyone ever answer when either myself or my home warranty company attempted to reach someone. Which has now left me in a spot to wait even longer in order for my leaking pipe to be resolved.
I was caught in a financial dispute between the general contractor (whom I paid in full) and this business on a kitchen bump out and bath remodel project. Months of delays made a 10 week project 8 months. For the most part my daughter and I lived like refugees, no toilet, or indoor water for 6 weeks. For the next 3 weeks until the sinks were installed, I had to wash my hands and food in the toilet.
No one could explain why the main drain in the basement was disconnected. There was sludge all over. The rough plumber made a significant mess throughout the basement; the finish plumber was much neater and friendly. I only saw the owner once, and that was at the final inspection in December.
Janet M.The hot water heater in my daughter's house sprung a leak on a Friday night. She called me in a panic, so I talked her through shutting the water off. Since I had a home warranty, I called the warranty company who said they would have Masters call her. I didn't expect to hear anything until Monday since the warranty company had a 48 hr response time. Master's called her on Monday, asking if they could come by and replace the water heater. I was so surprised it was that fast. About a month later, I realized that it needed a city permit, so I emailed them asking about it and got an answer back within 2 hrs. They said they don't pull the permit because the warranty company doesn't pay for that, but they would pull it if I wanted them to, but I would have to pay for it. I said yes, so they went and pulled the permit, scheduled the inspector and everything passed. Everything was prompt and professional.
Nichole M.I used their services on 2/21/14 to repair a leaking kitchen sink. They replaced the plastic sink strainer pieces and added new pipes under the sink.
Cons:
They charge 3% for credit cards.
They should wear shoe covers for their boots.
Pros:
They were polite and professional.
They called us while they were on their way to our home in the morning.
They accept credit cards.
They were knowledgeable and helpful and cleaned up after they repaired our sink.
