Ryan and Master Plumbing did an OUTSTANDING JOB! I recently found out I had some defective NEBCO PEX pipes installed in my home by the builders. I discovered this because I had several (4) leaks in my plumbing. I called several Plumbing for quotes and Ryan at Master Plumbing came in just below two other quotes. I asked him if he was available to start replacing all of my pipes soon and he started replacing all of the pipes within three days. There were other issues he found as he worked on replacing the pipes and he fixed everything he found while keeping me informed of everything he was doing. I found the pipes used in my home were part of huge lawsuit and Ryan took the time to detail the amounts of replace pipes and parts so I can move forward with joining making a claim against the pipe manufacturers. My experience: Ryan and his helper John were wonderful during this whole process. I did not feel pressured and the quote process was very easy. His Wife did a great job communicating for the paperwork part with me and Ryan and his help did a great job on the work provided. I believe Ryan, even though his quote was the lowest, did a millions bucks worth of work. The results are peace of mind. In the end, I would recommend Master Plumbing and Ryan to anyone looking for a plumber. As a matter of fact, I have already passed on his information to my neighbors who I know have the same defective pipes.
