10 years ago we purchased all of our American Standard plumbing fixtures and hardware from Master Plumbing when we were building our home (Kitchen; 3 Full Baths, one with whirlpool tub; 2 half baths; and Laundry Room with large Stainless Steel sink). Fast forward to Jan. 2018 when I needed to replace an O ring which is part of the valve assembly for the Cold faucet of our Kitchen sink.

As mentioned in an earlier review, when I arrived the owner was BS'ing with somebody and when he saw me come toward the counter, he turned his back to me so he wouldn't need to acknowledge my presence. I was eventually told to go to the counter in the back by another person. When I asked told him I needed to replace the O ring, which I had left on the valve assembly, took the assemble with him (I assumed to test the fit). About five minutes later he returned, after consulting with the owner, to tell me I needed to buy the entire assembly. I asked if he was serious and, unfortunately he actually thought I would.

I got the O ring I needed from an Ace Hardware store for 46 cents!
