I can recommend Master Plumbing & Heating very highly after working with them for ~7 years. We had a very old home in the Borough and Master Plumbing plumbers were the best. They know what they're doing and I wouldn't trust anyone else with your plumbing needs. You just can't find Master Plumbers like this anymore. I found them through Brewer Heating and was glad for the reference. Thorough, reasonably priced -- and get the job done quickly.

This review is for a water heater replacement. Although I couldn't find any reviews on this company, I called them because they were nearby. From the first call, everyone I spoke with seemed experienced, patient and knowledgable. I received a next day appointment even though I could only guess as to the size and configuration of my current appliance. The girl quoted me a price on the phone and said they would be using a Bradford White model. My current make was a Bradford White, over 12 years old, so that was fine with me. I did ask about replacing the tank with a tankless unit, but after discussion decided to replace like with like.
On the day-of, Lamont, from Master Plumbing and Heating, called a bit earlier than scheduled to say he was on his way. I rushed out of work and met him where he had been waiting patiently in my driveway. He came in and measured my old, dead, unit and then left to go to the warehouse to pick up the proper sized replacement. He returned in less than an hour and removed the old heater quickly. Upon opening the box, he realized that the new unit did not have the right venting configuration. It was back to the warehouse for poor Lamont, late on a Friday afternoon. He quickly returned with the right unit and even more quickly had it in place. Lamont showed me how to regulate the hot water temperature, provided my warranty information and was out the door. He left the area clean and dry. Within an hour I had a nice, hot shower. I recommend this company and their expert plumber, Lamont. Thank you!
