Work is fine but extremely expensive quotes and bills are more than double what others in town charge for the same service and parts

Very thorough with booking, verifying and following up with appointments. I've used them for repairing my furnace (all it required was a thorough cleaning). Signed up for the yearly program (one plumbing inspection, one heating inspection, and one cooling inspection - for $99 they perform three inspections and waive the service call fee if you call them for something else. I've been satisfied with the service. The techs are prompt and polite. Seem to know their business pretty well. Am considering them for a bathroom refurbish and to correct some plumbing issues with the house. At this point in time, I'm very pleased.

I received a Quote by e-mail for installing grab bars in my master bathroom. The quote had no details so I requested details on parts and labor by return e-mail on December 14. I received no response and made two follow-up phone calls before Christmas asking for a response. I made a 3rd phone call between Christmas and New years and finally talked to the sales rep who made the original quote. He promised a quick turn around with a detailed quote which hasn't arrived as of Jan. 4th. I have decided to give the business to another service provider whose quote is 40% less. UNRESPONSIVE and EXPENSIVE. BUYER BEWARE!

Changed $400 for a $100 garbage disposal install that took less than an hour. They did show me the price beforehand. Shame on me for not researching the costs I guess. I called and asked if there was anything they could do and they couldn't. Live and learn.

Master Plumbing charged me $137 EACH to replace a fill valve on 3 toilets. Only 1 toilet was leaking. Regardless, a brand new toilet is $100 and a new valve is $15. I got a $500 bill for $45 worth of parts installed (+$58 service fee & tax). Unethical and insanely over priced!

Since I live in a small condo my furnace is close-by. I want to credit Bob for his competent and cordial service. He listened to my needs and, as a result, I have a system that works well for me.

Came out to check a water heater that stopped working after 3 years. Took a look at the model and pulled it up on his iPad and said it would cost around $800 to replace the water heater but chances are it's the element that needs replacing and that would cost close to $250 to replace. Takes a pretty special plumber to not even get within 2ft of the water heater to be able to tell you that. Oh not to mention it still cost $63 for him to pull up the model # of the water heater on his iPad and say how much it would cost to replace. #servicecharge Thanks for telling us who not to go with.

Although they weren't able to fix the problem (had to be referred to a septic company), he was very knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose the problem. He was very thorough and considered what the best course of action was. Very professional. I was impressed! Thanks!

Had a technician come out to get an estimate for installing a new faucet and hooking up a new sink...was having new countertops installed and the sink is an under mount so sink would already be installed and hole for faucet would already be cut...strictly needing plumbing services. Was quoted $200 so scheduled the work for the following week. Technician never showed up so I called the shop to find out what was going on, receptionist said they called my husband to verify someone was home and since they didn't get a response the technician had left for the day....what the hell is the point of scheduling an appointment if they aren't going to come to the house. Receptionist tried to say that it is protocol to call ahead and that my husband was aware of that...so now you want to call my husband a liar? I can guarantee you he didn't know about that considering I work first shift and he works second shift, the technician knew that my husband would be at work and that I would be home. I even talked to the technician 3 days before the appointment to make sure I had the right parts at the house for the work to be done. Anyways the receptionist said they could get someone out that day but it would be at the emergency rate...are you kidding me! It was not my finest moment, a few choice words were expressed and I hung up. About 5 minutes later she calls back and says they had a technician just finish a job they can send him over and not at the emergency rate. Left with no choice I say go ahead and send him over. He shows up disappointed that he gets stuck with a call at 4pm when he has plans to be somewhere at 5:30pm, says this other technician is notorious for leaving early blah blah blah, ok we're both unhappy about this. Before he gets to work he tells me it's going to be $580. GOOD LORD, pack up your stuff and just get out of my house. So disappointed if I could have given the review no stars if it would have let me. I will NEVER call them for anything and will NEVER recommend to anyone.

I scheduled for them for a sink install. Just a sink install. They charged us over $500.00. No joke. $500.00 for a sink install that took an hour and a half. Don't use this company. They over charge!!
