Well....the 1st of the new year started out totally horrible. I went down in the cellar to wash sheets and there was water. It seemed to be coming from the drain coming from the second-floor shower. I called and got Matt on the phone. What a pleasant person to deal with. He said he'd come right out and look at it which I was equally happy about. He looked and I told him the state that I was in economically. Him and his son Mike really worked for me. They did the job....cutting here....cutting there and replacing several pipes that were connected directly to the drain. They explained what they were doing so you know.
I had freshly perked coffee (old school) on the stove waiting for them when they arrived, pumpkin spice glazed donuts, and bagels which they were very happy about. I gave Matt's son collectible records and books that had to do with sports and he was overjoyed. So...giving people valuable things and breaking bread with strangers....now new friends really affected the price....and you can't believe what a savings I was given. I was OVERJOYED. God blessed me today....and Matt and Mike from Master Plumbing & Drain Cleaning blessed me today. I couldn't be happier. My accurate rating for them is A++++++++++!!!!!!! That's 10 pluses. Y'all ROCK IT and you are TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! I will be telling my family and friends all about your services......THE BEST!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed in Matt Ditoro of Master Plumbing.I told him what I needed and he was supposed to show up between 12 and 1 Pm.I waited and waited and waited.He did not show.I called around 3:30 and left a voicemail ,no answer.Sent email,no answer.Very unresponsive and unprofessional.I will never use them again.In my opinion look elsewhere.Least they could have done was called and let me know they weren't showing up.

Recently had a leaky toilet and kitchen faucet. Went online and found 4 local plumbers who all came out and gave estimates for the job. Decided to use Master Plumbing after they came up with the winning bid. It was a great decision. Matt and Jim arrived on time and finished the job in a very timely manner. They explained the entire process and were very professional and do quality work. They were able to work around my busy schedule which was a huge plus.

Our water heater let go and flooded a third of our basement early Monday morning, January 9th, 2012. The day before I'd been with my dad in the hospital most of the day. I was in no mood. I called Master Plumbing and spoke with Matt who I believe is the owner. By 12:30pm on Monday the old water heater had been removed and the new was in. I wanted a Bradford White 40 gallon and that's what he installed. Painless, as was the price. Highly recommended is an understatement. While unfortunately not the norm, it should always be like this. I'm very satisfied with this company.
