Jan M.I had a service call from a really nice gentleman that worked for Master Plumbing. He was punctual, polite and knowledgeable in addressing my blocked sewer line. He attempted to unblock the sewer line but was unsuccessful however he explained the process as he proceeded. He warned of the mess that was going to be made while snaking the line and cleaned up after himself. He advised to get other evals of the problem to see about approaches to resolutions. He started inside the home and under the crawl space and all outside points. He identified the clean out line that 2 previous plumbers told me didn't exist. It was beneficial to know this information for the subsequent plumber who did fix the problem. The office staff (owner & his wife) were very pleasant and ensured prompt scheduling for service. I was provided upfront cost for the services that detailed the scope and time increments for billing. There were no surprises.
