We've been customers of Master Plumbing for 15 to 20 years. We have always had great experiences with them. Their staff is prompt, professional and they're always good about explaining what they're doing and why. They're also always good about cleaning up after their work is completed.

I want to acknowledge both Tom and Mark. Tom came out to our house today and solved our issue in no time. We appreciated his patience and quick work. Mark was out about a year and a half ago. That time we had a couple of more involved issues. He also did excellent work and really knew his job.

Definitely this is the worst company I ever hire to do a leak detection not only from the office personal but from the service and repair and leak detection field it's the worst of the worst we contact master plumbing to do a leak detection and it's been a week since the leak was found and so far we haven't gotten no report or pictures or a spot where the leak is coming from I called the office and they asked me for my email to send me the report and told me that they were going to send it in 25 minutes literally took them 3 hours and I called back and the office told me that they forgot to send it but there were the first ones to send me the bill and to receive the money for a leak that was never spotted shame on you lick detection master plumbing never again never again

We were really grateful that this was the company AAA sent out to us when we had a pipe leak in our ceiling. They came within 6 hours and Mark was extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. It made a sad and stressful situation feel a lot more manageable.

The president of this company Mike Logsdon -- left his dog in the hot work truck that was parked in front of The Original Pancake House for at least 2 hours. The dog was seen inside the truck before we entered the restaurant. We assumed that he was going to be quick and would be back to get the dog, but it was still noted to be in the car that was extremely hot, not turned on, and had one window not even cracked enough to fit a hand in. The dog was clearly in distress. Panting heavily, barking and crying out. Upon walking over to the car, we noticed that there was no water or food available for the dog and that the dog's collar was strapped to the back wall of the truck and that it was not able to move more than a foot in each direction. It was 75 degrees outside at the time of this occurring so the temperature inside the vehicle was well over 100. The dog was very clearly in distress. We contacted the phone number that was on the side of the plumbing work truck and the guy on the line said it was his boss's car and would attempt to call him. We called PD and animal control. We were able to read the phone number off of the dog's tag and attempted to call the number to which he sent to voicemail. We then texted the number informing him that we were going to break the window if he did not come out within 5 minutes. He came out a few minutes later from the Pancake house yelling that ""he's here, he's here."" We offered to give the dog water and he got in his truck and drove away quickly. We were able to figure out who he is through his work information and phone number.

This man is Mike Logsdon who is listed as the ""President of Master Plumbing and Leak Detection"" on his linked in.

This animal abuse was reported and will hopefully be followed up with by San Diego Humane Law Enforcement.

I would never endorse using this company simply based on the quality of the people that they are choosing to run it.

Instead of just telling me he would have to rip out my new faucet n tile, he found the problem right away! He listened to my frustration from the 2 other plumbing companies that I had been working with! Kudos to this company! I give them 5 gold Stars !

After a leak destroyed our home, we knew we never wanted to put our family through this ever again. Most homes our age (38) experience slab leaks. It wasn't if, it was when. We choose Master Plumbing and more specifically Brandon to Repipe our home.

Finding a plumber that wanted to evaluate and quote this type of project was hard. Brandon gave us very clear options with actual costs for us to make a decision.

Once on the job Brandon treated the home like his own. He took his time and you could tell he had pride in his work. He even pointed out issues out of the scope of work to a void future issues. He without question saved us from other problems down the road.

I trust him to do the right thing. In fact we are having him back in a few weeks to set fixtures and appliances.

I strong recommend Brandon and master plumbing.

Had a flood in my kitchen due to a leaking refrigerator water supply valve. They had Brandon come out quickly. He was friendly, professional, and changed out the valve in about an hour. The quote for the job was a little steep, but I didn't want to mess around with other bids since he was able to just get it done on the spot. Recommend
