Never use these guys, to put it nicely. They are in cahoots with insurance companies, even if you are the one who has paid for the services. Wrong diagnosis, not show up at said appointment time, coming in late for an appointment & worst of all not responding to a customer grievance, if you are in a service oriented industry, you never never ignore your customer, that should say it all

I was helping my family with a mystery leak and master plumbing was called.
The plumber they sent was rude, however, he went to work and marked the hot spot on the floor where he said the leak was and paid him $300 or so dollars.
We jackhamered the slab and the pipe wasnt leaking where he said.
We called him to return and he made a fuss about the situation, eventually returning to re-locate the leak and he tried to charge for a second trip.

We fixed the leak ourselves.

Personally, i don't trust them.

Great service. In the process of selling our house the inspector noticed some plumbing issues that caused the buyers to freak out. We called Master Plumbing and they were great. From setting the appointment to showing up on time.

I called Master Pluming because of the reviews on YELP, boy was that a mistake! First they gave me a window between 9-10 am which was fine but they never called to say they were on the way and actually showed up 15 minutes early. The problem was I stayed at my boyfriends house and they were upset that they had to wait for us to get to the house. We got there at 9:15 am and Mark was not happy he had to wait. I then made the mistake of telling Mark the issue in my guest bathroom which I already knew about. Mark used his leak detector and couldn't find anything. He pulled out my smaller fridge and pulled 2 pieces of old wood flooring stating they were dry. I touch them and they were soaked through!!!!!! I told him they were wet & he grabbed his leak detector & said Yep, they are wet. TROUBLE! He then went back to the problem I already knew about and charge me $155.00. Needless to say that was not the problem in the garage and he had no idea what he was talking about! I still have water leaking in my garage and no solution!!!!!! Would NOT recommend!!!

I had a pipe break under my slab in my house. Hey it's 50+ years old it happens. I contacted my homeowners & they sent Robert from Master Plumbing to my house. He proceeded to tell me what I already knew, I had a broken pipe under the slab. Robert reported to the insurance company (Travelers) that I failed to maintain the pipe (how do I do that? Dig up my kitchen a few times a year & inspect it?) of the four plumbers we had give us estimates, they came in the cheapest. Well you get what you pay for. A job that Robert said would take 5 working days took 14. He ruined my front lawn by leaving contaminated dirt on my lawn then got mad at me & sent my wife a disrespectful text when we asked him to get rid if it & install the garbage disposal because we had no running water in the kitchen. He left it like that from Friday until Tuesday & then didn't reinstall our dishwasher. When he came back 2 days later he said our dishwasher was not draining. The dishwasher is only 8 months old & worked perfectly before Robert got his hands on it. 2 days later they sent another plumber to repair the dishwasher & he left me with a 115.00 bill. This is after I had already paid 8320.00 for services rendered. A couple of days later my wife noticed that our hot water heater was leaking from the top. We called a plumber we knew CPV Plumbing in to fix it. Another Robert screwup, he had not tightened the seal on top of the heater. He had also left the release valve from the heater unfinished. Instead of leading it to a drain, he just kind of left it behind our washing machine. Chris from CPV Plumbing fixed it & charged us 120.00. Pretty fair. I called Master Plumbing & complained to them about the shoddy job that Robert did & they said they would send a supervisor out. They said he would be there between 3-5 so I took off from work early to meet him. He showed up a little after 6. He acknowledged that Robert did indeed do a crappy job on the water heater & told me that he would reimburse me for the 120 bucks I spent on CPV Plumbing & have Robert come & cleanup our front yard. I'm still waiting for that check 2 weeks later, mail must be slow. Robert did come back a couple of days later & raked the contaminated dirt in my front yard cursing under his breath the whole time. He also broke up a patch of hardened cement that he had left in our front yard & just covered it up with top soil. I see great reviews for this company, it's funny that none mention Robert. All in all a horrible experience.

We needed a new water pressure regulator & scheduled an estimate. Mike called on the day of & said, ""it would be faster if you send us pictures of existing regulator & we'll do an estimate from that."" Nobody came to actually look at the old regulator. Sent him picture w details.
Ross, the plumber came and saw that the $400 job is actually a $550 replacement! Needless to say I did not get the regulator replaced. An estimate should be close to the actual amount of the work being done. This is the whole point of getting an estimate.
This was a total waste of both our times. Had to wait for plumber for 2 hrs (that's the window), & of course he came 5 minutes after the 2nd hr expired.

Hi Mike L.,
I am responding to your comment about my experience with your company. Actually YOU should get your facts straight. One of your employees is shady and that IS a fact. He NEVER returned our calls when all we wanted was to ask simple questions about his report and for some clarification. We called and called and called, and Tony simply disappeared. And, so you know, our insurance company reversed their denial claim once an accurate report by a REAL professional was made. So, it actually all worked out for us. My frustration with your company stands, even more so now that you are implying that this was in no way your company's fault. It was!! You are the misinformed one here. Another company (also hired by our insurance company) accurately reported that this issue was a short term leak, not a long term leak as reported by Tony, therefore covered by our homeowners insurance. I still will tell everyone i know to steer clear of your company. Sorry.

I could not get my water heater to work one Sunday morning. I was in a pinch because it is hard to find a working plumber on the weekends. I called very early and spoke to a friendly representative. She told me she would send somebody out within a couple hours. Sure enough the tech Tom showed up right on time. He was able to get my water heater going and even did a quick fix for me on my gas dryer. Very fast, friendly and professional. Although I did not experience something as horrible as a slab leak, it is good to know that there is a great professional company out there if I were in a real emergency. I work in the real estate industry and you come across a lot of companies who do not have there stuff together, it is refreshing to run into a one you can confidently recommend such as Master plumbing.

Had a leak in the wall 2 years ago that had been going on for quite some time. They came by and found it and stopped it. We then had to replace the wall due to mold. These guys came out multipble times to move lines so the construction teams could do thier work. Always on time, always professional. Got all the work done as promised and at the rate they quoted. Called them today for a leak in my yard, and they told me that they could come out, but better to try a landscaper first..cheeper. Great people to work with.

We currently have a leak from one of our second story bathrooms that is leaking into our drywall in the laundry room. We called this business yesterday afternoon (6pm) and they told us that they would be in the next day between 2-4pm. They call us at 3pm to move our appointment between 5-6pm. We get a call at 4pm and the company tells us that they cannot service us AT ALL this evening! We wasted part of our work day waiting for this company to show up in the afternoon and at the last minute decide they cannot come to fix our leak! Their website states ""We have the fastest response and repair times in our industry...24/7 emergency service available.""

Don't believe this company's website! They do not help in an emergency plumbing leak situation which is what we currently have. By the way...we just contacted another company in the same"" industry"" and have scheduled someone coming within the hour.
