Called my warranty company on Wednesday morning because my water heater was leaking. They assigned Master Plumbers to fix it. They sent notification and they also asked me to call them. I did at 10am on Wednesday. No answer at their office. Message said that all voice mails are answered quickly. LOL! Here's a surprise.. never called me. It's now Thursday. Called warranty company back. They assigned another company who called me within a 1/2 hr. I would not recommend Master Plumbers. Advice to Master Plumbers... answer your phone or change your message.

If I could give negative stars I would. They seemed nice enough and sounded professional on the phone but when push came to show up...I was left empty handed. I was stood up twice by this company after calling multiple times.....After I had told them that other plumbers had stood me up in my time of need.... Kept being told I was going to be put on the schedule and I would be called back to confirm......No call......Still......And it's not like it was a little problem. I had sewer gases leaking into my home from a septic tank...That is not only beyond stinky but it's hazardous to your health!!! Shame on them. I finally found a real company that got back to me and helped fix the problem instead of giving me the run around.

Sink was blocked and I got their name from the news letter put out by the community. Silly me thinking if they advertised in the community they were known here and would be good so I didn't do my due diligence to check them on line. learn from my lesson don't call these people. the young lady I talked to was able to get someone out later that day. Per my wife the tech was nice and pleasant he snaked the pipe and got the line open. I thought the charge was a little high but was happy the sink worked @ a Month later the sink started to back up again so I called on a Monday and talked to a gentleman this time. He told me that it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could get to me. I said I only worked 10 minutes from home so if they could call me I could meet them. I received a call during my morning production meeting which I could not answer. I called back within ten minutes, the tech told me he has already moved on and could not turn around. I asked if he could try later to which I thought he said yes he would call me. Never called back & I didn't hear from their office. When I did look on line today at their ratings I understood why.

I would give no star's if I could. They never fixed the problem charged me $250 for a snake I didn't want. Asked them to come out and find the problem. When arriving they refused to go under my house till after snaking it. To find the real problem right away. Reschedule me for 4/23/2019 never showed up. When I called they said I was not on the schedule and that it was not a big deal. After asking what happen he keep repeating him self. Then to tell me we do have customer service but not for you and hung up.

Needed a septic inspection and they were on it to schedule me in. Inspector was prompt, courteous and professional. Took the time to explain any issues or concerns. I highly recommend this company for service.

Recently moved to the area and didn't realize our home is all natural gas and our dryer needed to be installed by a plumber. We called Master Plumbers, they came right out and hooked us up. Great price and service. Thank you!!

We hired this company as a friend recommended them. Our shower was backing up and they came out and charged 250. That same night the issue came back, i called the next day and he said he would come back but charge 250 and this for less than 24 hours that he was initially out at our home. We called another plumber they fixed the problem and it has been fine since. He was also rude on the phone with my husband.

Beware of this company if contracted by your home warranty company!! They do not provide the same level of service as they would if hired personally. Firstly, there is zero communication between the """"boss"""" and his technicians. The first time I called to schedule my appointment to service my jacuzzi tub, I was given a window of """"sometime Wednesday or Thursday,"""" after which the technician randomly showed up to my house on Tuesday, luckily while I was home. Rocky was our plumber, and seemed to do honest work, saying he would need to return another day to troubleshoot the motor, which wasn't working. When I called to schedule the return visit, the boss man stated he had already closed out the work order because """"the part wasn't covered."""" Upon questioning how this could be when the problem had not even been diagnosed, he stated their company did not service whirpool tubs, and that anothet contractor would have to be assigned. After speaking with his technician later that day, he reluctantly scheduled another appointment. At the second visit, Rocky spent 1.5 hours on hold with Koehler only to have them hang up on him. He attributed this to holiday hours and promised my husband he would be returning after the new year to try again. When I did not hear from them again for a week, I called to make a third appointment. I was again provided a vague explanation by the boss that the part was not covered and they had turned the job back over to the warranty company. Again, I asked how a diagnosis had been made when the technician himself told us no diagnosis had been submitted. I was then told point blank that they had """"already spent too much time on this job and it was not worth it"""" and that they would no longer be servicing this work order. He then submitted a false diagnosis to the home warranty company that a """"water switch"""" was broken, which was not only a flat out lie, but also ified the work order as that part is not covered under our contract. So which is it Master Plumbers, can't service whirpool tubs? Waiting on a part that you never diagnosed? Oh wait, the truth comes out, it's just not financially worth it. Thanks for jerking me around for weeks and falsifying information that has cost me $100, several weeks of having an unusable bathroom, and a tub that cannot be serviced under my contract now due to your lies.

We interviewed several companies to select and install a deep sink in our laundry room. Master Plumbers was the most knowledgeable, experienced, and was great at explaining what was involved. They performed the job quickly, charged us a fair price for their work, and cleaned up well. They even improved on my selection of the hardware needed. I was very happy with the job, but more importantly, so was my wife!

Would not hire them purely based on one of their employees. It had nothing to do with plumbing. The employee in question was just out in public, being somewhat rude and off-putting. Unprofessional to say the least. I would think twice about how I acted if wearing my business' shirt out and about, where people can easily notice and remember who that person works for!
