Poor communication!! All employees that came to my house for water mitigation spoke very little or no English at all. Thry spoke Russian. I used Google translate to talk to the workers. Very frustrating! Their work is questionable at best. They altered a circuit breaker panel in my garage without my consent. Just poor quality work.

I ditto Casey A.'s review. Had a similar experience. I heard a dripping sound from behind the wall. Their inspector came and told me I had water pooling underneath my bathtub and floor. They said a water pipe burst underneath my slab flooring? Long story short, they wanted me to file a claim with my insurance company. I demanded a sonic leak detector to pinpoint exactly where the leak was. Their plumber missed our scheduled appointment so I called another leak specialist. He found no moisture at all. The dripping sound was from pipes expanding. No leak and they tried to con my insurance company out of thousands.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Scammers just trying to get you to do unnecessary repairs and hope that your home owners insurance pays for it.

County notified me of 40gallon/hour water leakage. I called this company and an 'inspector' came out, using his equipment, found a small leak inside the house behind the shower.
- then the plumbers came, cut a hole in the wall and 'fixed' the leak. and installed blowdryers in the house for 5 days. total cost for this $6500
- I didn't think this small leak could be 40 gallons an hour, so i called the county water district, who said the leak never stopped.
- kept calling this company to get someone to address this leak, 2 days in a row, had appointments, NO SHOW, no call, no communication, no urgency. I got fed up and called Rooter Hero

Conclusion: their leak detection 'inspectors' suck at leak detection and really are just salesman looking for ways to charge you more. and they never fixed my main leak! homeowners insurance denied the water damage claim so was all out of pocket, even though their 'inspector' said the claim would be a 'slam dunk'

If I could give them negative stars I would. Used them through First American Home Warranty, they came out, took pictures, then closed my service request. My home warranty company nor I can reach them on the any phone number we find. Did they close up shop? The phone number is no longer in service. They inspected, then just disappeared. Not sure what's going on, but now I'm stuck with my warranty waiting on them..........weeks now.............with sewage water draining under my house.........UGH!

They assign appointments by texting you when THEY want to come. They don't pick up the phone and don't return calls. Messages you leave them go to black hole.

Nice service! I ask a lot of questions and their technicians answersed all of it. Their office sent a quote for pipe reroute, have to wait for 2 days for schedule but it was done and fixed. Hope not to have another plumbing problem but will sure hire them again.

Update! They finally submitted a report and requested over 5,000 dollars. To recap they disappeared for 10 days while I had a leak and when they finally responded they submitted an inflated bill. I had a separate plumber give me a quote and it was only 1,200. You guys should be charged with fraud!

Assigned by american home shield. They don't answer their phone to discuss my appointment time. Very disappointing customer service.

Took quite a bit of maneuvering to (1) get through to make an appointment and (2) waiting for service person to show up- more than 45 minutes past the 1-3pm window.
***However, when service person did arrive, he first asked if it was ok to keep his work shoes on, then went about repairing my garbage disposal very quickly and easily. Showed us how we could unjam should it stop again, face us pointers of types of goods NOT to put in disposal. I was surprised to find out that ""egg shells, potato peels and pasta"" are NO NO's that often cause blockage! He took lots of pre and post photos which will go on their records should problem reoccur and unit needs replacement.
I must say this visit turned out to be a
PLUS PLUS!
