I had an underground leak by my detached garage. They responded quickly and located the leak immediately. I asked them if there was someway to just turn the water off to the garage as there is no need for it other than to turn the hose on and off to fill the pool. Technician told me no there was not. Just make the basic Repair is going to be almost $5000 and to repair the whole line to the house is going to be $11,000. I was freaking out as I cannot afford it. I called my plumber and they came out and turned the line off at the house. Good at Leak Detection, but not forthcoming. Go somewhere else. Ok

We had a backed up kitchen sink with an inch of standing water in it. They dispatched someone, but he told us he was just a ""consultant"" and didn't fix the issue. It took another week before the actual technician was scheduled to fix the issue. On the day of the repair, no one called, no one showed. I called to check on the status of their technician and they said that he had quit that morning. The earliest they could get another plumber out there would be a whole week later.

We hired a different company that fixed the issue in less than an hour that same day.

We had friends staying in our house while we were away and of course that was when the toilet backed up into the shower, yuck. We had used Master Plumber before for small jobs and so gave him a call. He worked with our friends but kept us informed and did a very good job. As I was out of town he even helped me track down a toilet, really going above and beyond what I expected. After we returned I was very pleased with the quality of the work, everything works well and looks as it should.

The owner asuured me that he could handle a sprinkler leak. I paid after he completed the work. The following day, the repair failed and he was slow to come back and then his re-repair failed. I needed to pay someone else to complete the work. Master Plumber's work was clearly incompetent. It also took me repeated requests for an invoice to finally get one. As stated previously, the owner is arrogant and clearly mislead me about his skills. Do not use his services.

Terribly rude and condescending, took way too long, and charged way too much for the lousy service. Had to use a different plumber to clean up their shoddy, overpriced work.
