We used MP&P to connect us to the Cape Coral utility expansion. This company takes forever to start work after the contract is signed. They do not return phone calls when you call to find out when work will be started. They demand payment on the day they start work, and then deposit the check without completing the work. It has been over two weeks since they dug up my yard, and have not finished the work. They give you a choice to save money by having them put back the sod they cut up for the trenching and excavation, or pay them extra to purchase and replace new sod. After two weeks, the grass they cut out is already dead! I am still waiting to find out when (maybe if?) the work will ever be done.

This company does not honor their estimate. They utilize unsolicited sales methods and do not honor their word. An unethical company, I will never use them or recommend them. Their CEO Brian Citrano, would not return my calls or email requests.

We used Master Piping and Plumbing for a complete re-pipe of our house and we are happy with the results! After seeing Master Plumbing's truck doing work on a new construction home near our house, we thought hey why not get another estimate.(We already had 3) It was just on the spur of the moment, at the end of the day, but they came right over immediately and gave us an estimate. The estimate was competitive; and so I decided to do some research, and ended up talking with the owner about some concerns I had. I liked what I heard; and felt that he was a no nonsense-to the point person who knew what he was doing, so I hired them to do the work. We could not have been more pleased. This was actually one of my better contracting experiences to date as everything was as smooth as possible for me. The team started early, and on time each day. The manager was often checking the work of his employees, and communication with me on job status was excellent and much appreciated. These guys were down to business, but personal as well. While hard working, it was obvious customer service was also important to them. All in all; it was a really good honest experience, and above expectations - Keep up the great work guys!

I recently had the pleasure of contracting out Master Piping and Plumbing to connect me to city utilities. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I had master plumbing do my work but they never finished the job. They would not return my calls unless I acted like I was someone else and needed more work done then they would answer my calls. Was a assured four times that the work was going to be done and it still has not. Just want to post this review so that someone else might not get ripped off.

After reading the negative reviews for Master Piping I almost didn't give them the chance. I received multiple other bids before I called and spoke to Brian. After speaking with him he was out that afternoon to take a look at the hookup and write an estimate. Not only was he the quickest contractor to respond he was also $400 below the next closest bid and $2000 below the highest. I signed that Friday, paid them a small deposit and they began work Monday morning! Over that weekend we received a tropical storm and I almost called and cancelled due to the amount of rain received however I decided I would just deal with any damage and get it over with. On Monday morning they arrived about 8am and the ground was still soaked. The guys were extremely careful and did a surgical job trenching the yard and made ZERO damage to the surrounding area. After they were done they simply laid the sod back in place and now 3 weeks later you can hardly tell they were there. Overall I am extremely happy with the job they did. They even replaced a broken sprinkler line at no cost! The only negative was that it took 3 weeks to complete however that was caused by the cities incompetence not Master Piping's... Brian's guys were done in 3 days!

A driver for this company literally ran my girlfriend off the road in his crappy beat up van. After we honked he flipped us off and yelled obscenities out the window at her. This was all while representing his company in the work van. I can only assume they are as bad at their trade as they are driving. Even if they arent, the willingness to represent their company in this way should show you the degree of respect they show to possible customers while on the job. I will never use this company and will tell all my associates in the cape coral area to steer clear of these jokers.
