The service itself was very good. Installed AC in my mother's apartment. After I paid him over $5K, he kept promissing to send a receipt for the work done so I can submit it to my mother's landlord. It's been 7 months that he's dragging this issue and still hasn't emailed me the receipt. If you get him to do work for you - make sure you get a receipt before he leaves your home.

Trusting him to renovate my kitchen/bathroom was 1 of the biggest mistakes of my life. Him and his guys left my place a disaster for 9 months. After already making a mistake that cost me over 20K, he claims the material I had already paid for was left at his old warehouse and he is somehow not responsible. The job is just now getting finished (NO THANKS TO HIM) 10 months after he promised me he could do it for 32K and I've now spent $54,750... Please do yourself a favor and hire literally anybody else.

Deserves negative stars, Tom Betito is a pathetic excuse for a man let alone somebody you should hire. Calling his work decent is giving him wayyy too much credit. He busted a pipe while working on my bathroom and had no clue how to turn it off causing my apartment to flood, then as I had to deal with the city and the repercussions of his mistake he disappeared on me and stopped answering calls and texts knowing he costed me literally tens of thousands of dollars. Still haven't seen him since. Claims he's licensed now, but the city won't allow him to pull a permit so you tell me. 1 thing to be bad at your job another thing to be a terrible person. He's both. I pray if you read this you make the decision I should have and hire ANYONE else. My bathroom the last 4 months since Tom was last here

Oh wow, talk about unforgettable experiences. This guy was first in line to receive my 5k, but when it was time to work, he simply disappeared! He put a """"brand new unit"""" as he stated for our rental property only for the unit to break a month later. When we called to have him come and fix it or service it, he was nowhere to be found. Picked up the calls when we called from other numbers but hung up as soon as he noticed it's us. The guy is the most dishonest person we have ever met. He is literally there when he needs to collect money. However, when he needs to follow up and follow through, he is simply gone. I cannot believe I did not do my research. Other reviews speak for themselves. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Do not use their services; they charge a lot of money for simple tasks. They charge for EVERYTHING. They even charged $150 to remove a piece of paper from the toilet, something we never asked them to do. This company is always looking for ways to overcharge for everything they do. They should be more honest with their customers.

I can't believe how much of a crook the guy Tom is. He left my home an absolute disgrace for months, leaving equipment everywhere and making the job take longer than it should while upping the price several times. He outsources the work to unlicensed workers and has zero accountability for any of their mistakes. You couldn't possibly find somebody worse to hire.

Terrible. They spill paint, get high in your front yard, and then make up services that they didn't provide and put it on invoice. Terrible people and then they say they will fix things they billed for but didn't. they are no shows multiple times once their paid. The will tell you a time but then not show up. What a nightmare.
