They were on time and stayed on the project until it was done to our satisfaction. We had them disconnect the plumbing from our old sink, then put new plumbing in for the new sink, including replacing the faucet.

I hired and fired 3 contractors over a three week period. But Master Handyman and his crew were head and shoulders above them all. Not only did they deliver on every promise, the house (a galvanized metal home) is intimidating to most other contractors, who weren't even interested in the job.
Not only did they do a timely, efficient and beautiful job, they did it for less money than the others who I previously fired. The proof is in the pudding:
The house was listed at 4 p.m. on Aug.1, 2022. I had a solid full asking offer by 6 p.m. that evening. Thank you Tim and your entire crew. We closed today-one month and one day later. I don't have 'before' lhotos, but the 'after' photos will make you wish that you were the lucky ones who bought my lovely home......thanks to Master Handyman.

Supposedly this is $1,000 worth of quality work by a contractor that has over 20 years of experience.
He didn't even do the windows he was supposed to do, threatened us with court and also threatened to smash bricks t through the windows when we refused payment due to the lack of quality.

The edges are not straight nor are they smooth and I do not recommend Tim to anyone for anything because the last thing an elder needs is to be threatened.

The only thing Tim cares about is the payment. he does not care about the quality of workmanship that he puts out so if you want a house that's going to look terrible, go for it.

i called him to look at the work i needed done, came out the next day as he said he would. a very nice person to give understanding to me for price of the job, what was to be done,and start date of work. i had some kitchen repair and bathroom remodeling to meet code where i live. very happy with all that was done and passed code also !!!!!! will call him again for anything i have to be done in the future.thankyou, tim and mike

He overcharges and when the job is not done to code and has to return to fix it he will charge you even more!! He installed a garbage disposal in one of my rental units and did not put conduit of the electric line and the housing inspector said it had to be corrected, he returned to fix the issue two days after he said he would and charged me 120.00 to do something that should have been done the first time, he charged me 350.00 to do it the first time!. I also had him replace a bathroom exhaust fan in the unit next door, I supplied the fan and he did the work in 15 minutes and charged me 200.00 He has poor time management skills and will over charge you for the work that is being done and leave behind his mess for you to clean!! User Beware!!
