I want to highly recommend Master Fix Plumbing. Our house was built in 1960 and many of our neighbors and myself are having to replace cast iron sewer pipes under the house. This company was recommended to us and we were extremely pleased with the owner and the high quality of work.

We, originally, talked to the company on Monday and 2 days later, they were at our house with a crew to start digging. They completed the work in a day and a half providing videos and pictures of the work completed. All our toilets now flush plus they checked our sewage system to see if there were any other problems before leaving our residence.

Contacted Eric twice by phone and he asked me to text him pictures. I wasted time sending the pictures he asked me to send. No response back. No estimate. Not one word. It would be nice to hear something like I'm so sorry, but I am booked up right now. Ghosting customers is not professional.

Fast, responsive, and fair. I would definitely call them again. I have already referred them to a friend. We called Master Fix to replace a broken Moen cartridge in our master shower. My husband attempted to replace it himself after ordering the part and purchasing the tool. Unfortunately, the cartridge broke into pieces while he was pulling it out.

Eric asked for pictures of the problem and provided a quote over the phone. He sent Sebastian out the same day. He was in and out fixing our shower in an hour. He got the job done and didn't try to increase the price.

Eric showed up and found the issue in 20 minutes. Something that the two plumbers beforehand had 3-4 hours and two visits to try and find. As soon as he found it, be explained the issue and gave me possible solutions, in detail. The price he gave me I felt comfortable with, given the issue, I thought it was reasonable. We scheduled a time to complete the job (a fairly big one) and Eric and his crew were actually early. They completed the dig and job by 5pm, something we thought would take two days given the location. Eric is a professional, knows his stuff, would absolutely recommend

On Sunday afternoon June 9, 2019 at 4:00 pm we discovered water bubbling up in our front yard. The main water line had broken and we had no water to the house. We were leaving for vacation on the next morning at 7:00 am. Master Fix was one of two plumbers who returned my calls for help. They agreed to come out to the house first thing the next morning. They showed up at 9:00 am and installed a new water service line from the City meter to the house (50') in a matter of about 4 to 5 hours including cleanup. They were very professional and economical. We left on our vacation the next morning. I will recommend Master Fix Plumbing to any and all.

These guys were friendly and professional and most importantly, knew what they were doing for our sewer line inspection. A different plumbing company didn't notice a second cleanout right next to the first one and failed to seal the sewer line for the hydrostatic pressure test. We then called Master Fix Plumbing to do a thorough isolation test on our sewer system. They sealed the line correctly to repeat the test, which passed. They also scoped the entire system and showed us everything. It was a big relief to know our sewer system is A OK!!

I also was able to reach the plumber twice afterwards with follow up questions. He was very accessible and helpful.

We did not receive good service and the owner was rude and cursed at my husband when we told him they needed to come out and fix the issue which was not fixed the first time. We had an issue with our master bathroom shower and toilet backing up. One of the plumbers from this company came out used the snake and said issue was fixed but a couple hours later we had the same issue. Anytime you select a company do work always ask ahead of time if they guarantee their work. That's the best advice I can give other than recommending not to use this company for plumbing issues.

Woke up to a leaking water line to the ice maker. Called Master Fix at 6:30am and they were here fixing The shutoff valve that would not close. I would use them again without hesitation. Great prompt service.

My husband recently called Master Fix Plumbing to finish up a plumbing job he had started on his own, but ran out of time to complete. Master Fix quoted my husband $60-$80. As happens sometimes between spouses, especially when kiddos are in the mix, my husband and I didn't communicate about the cost. When Master Fix brought the over $300 invoice to me, I assumed this was consistent with what they had agreed on with my husband. Naively, I went on about my day to fix the baby gate Master Fix Plumbing broke by wedging it open to bring all of their equipment in. Upon realizing the incongruity between what we were quoted and what we were charged, with no explanation, I reached out to them about the charge and the baby gate, but received no response.
