This is the third time I have used Master drains. Twice in the past after a freeze an an external spigot burst (we left this hose on). This time around I had a shower handle going out and was on the schedule for two days out. No problem to wait, we just needed to be careful to not force the shut of. Well...... we were not careful and the faucet gave out and was stuck in open. We shut off water and Doug moved us up to first thing Monday. Doug shows up on time, works quickly and is always pleasant. Pricing is fare and the jobs have always been done right. No problems or follow up needed.

I contacted Doug through Yelp, and needed someone who could come out and do some plumbing work for us. We need to move a laundry room to the basement, pull and installed two new toilets, and some sink work. While he was there Doug noticed that our water heater was very small in his home we just bought and recommended an upgrade. His Pricing was exactly what he quoted us, and he showed up on time and did an amazing job! We now have a plumbing contractor we can rely on in the future.

Doug Jackson appears to be an honest man. I made an appointment to check on my sprinkler system Anti Backflow Valve. He arrived at my house on time and quickly found that I was not using my air compresser correctly. He schooled me on the correct usage and turned down my offer to pay for his time. I was impressed.

I reached out to multiple plumbing companies to help with my valve replacement issue since it was a semi emergency. Most responded that it would take about a week to come by, but Doug from master drains and plumbing answered the phone from another job site and told me he'd be by the next morning. Doug fixed my complicated water pressure issues which required a few fixes and adjustments to the plumbing. I can tell he's much more knowledgeable than other plumbers who have failed to fix the issue in recent visits.
