I have now used these guys 3 times. The first job was simple, a leaking pipe, and didn't take more than an hour. I was happy with their work and they only charged me $120.00, including parts. Next project was multiple items and snaking some slow drains. That was a bit more expensive but less than I was expecting, and again I was pleased with their workmanship and cost. This third job they had to hook up everything in our new kitchen, run supply & drain lines, and snake all the drains in our other house. Again, a great job done quickly. These guys are prompt, polite, very clean, and careful. They tolerated my dog hanging around while they were working. They are very knowledgeable about how to do their work the best way. I am impressed with the quality of their work and really would not think of hiring any other plumber ever again. Thank you Bryan and Sean!!

I've had MCP come out twice for two different repairs. (Water heater/clogged drain). Scheduling was easy with their office manager. Response was great, they came out when they said they would, Diagnosed and resolved our issues.
Happy with their work and team all around. Will continue to find jobs for them to do!

Only 30 days into my new home, I had a pretty bad leak coming from the worst place. The main water line. Massie Creek Plumbing really came through for me. The pricing is extremely Reasonable. Their plumbers are very knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend giving them a call with any plumbing needs!

I was in a bind Christmas week every plumbers working overtime. Was told a week but would try to squeeze me in before. They kept me informed and made it in two days. Very Professional and courteous was nice but not overly nice like when people are trying to get one over on you . Explain everything they were doing and very reasonable priced. I like supporting family owned businesses that are professionals. I definitely have a plumber and would recommend to anyone who asks.

I am a long-time customer of Massie Creek Plumbing and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing services. On Wednesday we had a cascading series of events which led to a failed propane water heater and thus no hot water. I called Massie Creek late in the morning on Thursday and they were out to address the problem by 12:30PM. They quickly found the root cause of the problem despite some exceedingly long telephone waits with the water heater OEM when seeking technical and parts support. Massie Creek has done a lot of exceptional work for us in the past. They have always quickly taken care of business and did so in a very courteous and professional manner. Massie Creek Plumbing is such a great group of people who care. I've had them out on emergencies and regular plumbing issues, and they have always come through for me. I had a basement flood from a broken toilet and they worked with our contractor's schedule to help finish the project. Our farm was hit hard by the Beavercreek Tornado's and they were live savers. They made the time and stopped by to help with my water issue as soon as they could get here. They fixed the broken pipe and was able to get water to my animals. They were fantastic. I will always use them for my plumbing needs.

Great people and great service. I've had Jeff and his team work all of my plumbing needs and never an issue. I've had them install a gas water heater, bathroom faucets, kitchen faucets, fix toilets, and outside fixtures and never an issue. Highly recommend!
