Used there Jetter service to clean my drains that had totally stopped draining. They said it had roots, hair and grease compacted in the drain. THey were quick and effecient with the work. Came out the same day and got fixed it so I could get back to my life. Would recommend.

called about a possible clogged main drain & pea trap replacement . told young lady on the phone need to bring camera if they had one . she assured me that they did. made an afternoon app't. service guy showed up @ 9:30 a.m. no camera & no knowledge of a pea trap replacement. i explained the situation to him & he thought it was a clog. After pulling commode & running 50 gallons of water he said everything seemed to be ok. I insisted on looking into the main drain lets do the camera, he said ok but he had an emergency job @ hickory tavern & that he would be back after taking care of the bigger name on the other line. he showed back up around 2:30 p.m. with camera ran it down pipe . no obstruction. bottom line he charged me 150.00 for pulling the commode & 250.00 for the camera the pea trap was on the house but just to let everyone know I just pulled that commode & put it back for 5.00 the cost of the wax ring & it only took 15 minutes

zero rating. rude owner. incompetent employees. it took 5 trips with the manager to correct Jason's work. jason was fired. terrible customer service.

Reggie is my go-to guy for all my plumbing needs. I have had multiple issues and every time he delivers exceptional service. He takes the time to explain the issue and the solution. Additionally, he always has a smile in his face!

Massey Plumbing was able to complete the work, but price-gouged on parts on the job. If you need a reputable plumbing company, try Queen City instead. I've had much better experience with them.

They were prompt with getting my service appt scheduled. but I felt like I was overcharged for half hour of labor time and minimal parts.

if this would let me rank a zero i would. this business and these people are crooks. they charged my elderly parents $400 for a 5 minute job and took bricks out of the foundation and left the bricks laying in the yard. the did not give them an estimate, they did not itemize the bill, the technician did not even give his name nor sign the invoice. i initially called and spoke to a lady who said she would call me back. no call back so far and we have been waiting since lunchtime yesterday. this business is unprofessional and overpriced. i plan on alerting the better business bureau, social media and the local tv ""action nine"" along with posting on angies list. but the most effective way for me to get my point across is simply word of mouth! and believe me, i will tell everyone i meet. i have a big mouth especially when it comes to lowndown people who mistreat the elderly. please choose another business unless or are rich or you enjoy being screwed. no one should take advantage of the elderly like this.
