Matt Massey is not only personable, he's very knowledgeable and professional. We hired him to install a full Aqusana system: water conditioner, whole house water filter, and ultraviolet filter. Not only did he ensure everything was set up perfectly, he took the time to train me on how to change and maintain the system. In addition, he chose to use copper fittings versus the plastic fittings that aquasauna includes; masonry screws to
mount the harnesses to the basement wall; and a bypass valve so we always have a plan b; he's a class act. We will definitely be using Massey Plumbing for future jobs.

We had Matt come over for a badly corroded water heater fitting and he was excellent. Super nice guy, showed up on time and didn't try to make a bigger issue out of it. We actually had him look at something else we didn't originally mention when we set up the appointment and he took care of that too, on the fly. I would highly recommend him and we will definitely call him again, should the need arise.

A friend referred me to Massey Plumbing after I had a leak from plumbing done by another company. That company refused to come back and look at the leak. I called Massey knowing that I was out of their service area, but hoping I could get a referral. I received a call back the same day. I was so happy that they actually returned my call, that I didn't catch the full name of the gentleman, but I know it is a father and son operation. I probably spoke to the son who couldn't have been nicer. He actually spent a good half hour on the phone with me diagnosing where the leak would be coming from and then isolated the leak and told me how to fix it! I feel like I got a Christmas miracle. The fix was easy enough for me to do and cost very little to boot for the supplies. Massey charged me nothing. Literally free advice. Those of you who live on the west side of town, well, here is the company for you. Knowledgeable, professional and kind to someone who calls fixtures thingies. I highly recommend this company. I called Massey Plumbing for an estimate to replace 4 valves, (3 main water line valves and the shutoff valve to the water heater, all with ball valves). The estimate seemed very reasonable compared with another local contractor/master plumber. Massey showed up on time and went right to work. I visited with him during a portion of the work, asking questions (mostly for my own education). He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, answering all of my questions, while explaining about home plumbing issues. He completed the work in about an hour and a half. Upon review, it looked great. He also took a look at a bathtub faucet issue and spent another 10 minuets repairing it at no additional cost. The total cost matched his estimate exactly. No hidden expenses or surprises. The other local contractor/master plumber quoted more than 3 times what Massey charged. I definitely recommend Massey, and advise everyone to get at least two quotes before deciding on a contractor. As a bonus, his father (a retired master plumber) accompanied and assisted him. They're quite the pair!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Massey Plumbing. They came out initially a month ago to try and fix a leak in the tub. Due to the corrosion, they were unable to do so without possibly damaging the fixtures and making the tub unusable. They didn't charge for that service but came out the other day to put in new fixtures in two bathrooms. They were honest, courteous, and told me up front what my costs would be and the amount of time it would take to do the work. They even gave me a recommendation for a handy man for another repair I needed that was not in their realm. They are great!

I cannot sing their praises enough!! Hire these guys! We had Brothers out and had to pay for an estimate, and they wanted to charge us an arm and a leg. Massey was amazing! They were earlier than expected, super professional, very nice, did the job quickly and did it right, and to top it all off they even gave us some tips and tricks for other issues around the place and fixed the latch on our screen door just because they're that friendly. We will hire them for every plumbing job we ever have. Thank you to Matt and his dad for being trustworthy and upstanding businessmen who really are looking to help people instead of in it just for the $$.

Full disclosure - we did not use Massey - but only because they did not provide the service we needed.

We had a plumbing emergency (all plumbing issues are emergencies). We called a few places including Massey. We had to leave messages for all of them. ONLY Massey called back and fast. After they asked me a few questions, they determined they were not equipped to handle our emergency. Next, they provided a few other plumbers that could handle our needs.

Great customer service - even thou they were not getting our project.

If there initial customer service is a sample of the service they would provide - these guys must be great.
