I have a broken pipe and was told to call Massey. The person said that they were in the truck and would call me back. That was 8 o'clock this morning and have had not call back yet. He must be living in the truck. Can't say how the service is because I can't get service.

Contacted Massey Plumbing due to a clogged kitchen sink. Within in a few hours, Charlie came to my house and quickly assessed the issue. He determined there was a clog in the pipe leading out to the main server line and it needed to be snaked out. Charlie brought in his equipment and tools, along with towels and a floor cover to minimize any water in my cabinet or floor. Charlie was very professional and cordial in his interactions with me. He was patient with me as I asked about 20 questions regarding the issue. He explained the process he was using as he fed the cable into the pipe and provided the length he had to go to clear the clog. Based upon this very positive experience, I definitely will contact Massey Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

My grandfather had a leak from his water heater and they sent someone out within 15 minutes and had the hose replaced within 5 minutes. Friendly guy and great service.

Please go to their Facebook page and read my review. This company charged me for a service, never completed the job, was rude and annoyed when I kept contacting them to tell them they didn't get the problem fixed, then stole parts from me and tried to resell them back to me. Please be careful!! Luckily a friend's husband is going to come and do the job for me. He actually used to work for Massey's and quit there because he didn't want his name associated with them. I wish I would have known this from the start. Please do your research before hiring them.

After being stood up by two plumbers in the Wesley Chapel area, I googled and found Massey. Spoke with the owner, explained my plumbing needs and got an appointment. They called on the way out, showed up. Mr. Lee was professional, down to earth, polite and my hero for knowing how to treat a client. He fixed what a plumber could fix and checked my septic tank. To my shock it was filled to the brim. He suspected that from the beginning, but patiently worked me through it. Fair price, shows up, calls and knows how to treat a customer. They are my go to from here on. Thank you Lee & Mike Massey! You restored my faith in plumbers!

I had a shower faucet that suddenly failed to shut off. I asked my HOA for recommendations and they suggested Massey. I called and made an appointment. Plumber Lee Abel texted his arrival time and arrived early. Personable, professional he understood what had failed and was able to fix/replace/repair the unit. The price for the repair was competitive and the work perfect. Highly recommended.

Mike Massey, Total professional. Reasonable rates. He can tell you a REAL close estimate over the phone. Does not give rip - off prices from the 3 ring binders - flat rate which is so common these days. If you go to someone else for plumbing you are stupid and or wealthy.

CONSUMER BEWARE!! We contacted Mike Massey a week ago to schedule services. First impression from the call with Mike it was obvious that he lacks customer service skills, which should have been the first red flag. He was not willing to offer an estimate over the phone and charges $85 to come out and take a look. We brushed this off with the understanding that time is money and they value their time. We scheduled the service and came to an agreement that they would come on a Friday. I spoke to Mike the Thursday before the service and he confirmed the appointment for 8am. Come Friday morning at 8am and the plumber has not arrived. I get a missed call from Massey at 8:40. I call back immediately. I at least 4x and each time they pick up the phone and hang it up. Finally I am able to get through and speak to a woman who was unable to offer any information, but was kind enough to take a message. At 9am we had not heard back from the company and called back to cancel the service. Time is money, we were respectful of this company's time, however they did not offer the same in return. We are taught that your word is your bond and Massey's word carried no weight. Luckily I was able to reach another plumber that was willing to come out the same day, offer a free estimate and schedule the service ASAP. We just wish we hadn't waited on Massey to leave us hanging.
