CONSUMER BEWARE!! We contacted Mike Massey a week ago to schedule services. First impression from the call with Mike it was obvious that he lacks customer service skills, which should have been the first red flag. He was not willing to offer an estimate over the phone and charges $85 to come out and take a look. We brushed this off with the understanding that time is money and they value their time. We scheduled the service and came to an agreement that they would come on a Friday. I spoke to Mike the Thursday before the service and he confirmed the appointment for 8am. Come Friday morning at 8am and the plumber has not arrived. I get a missed call from Massey at 8:40. I call back immediately. I at least 4x and each time they pick up the phone and hang it up. Finally I am able to get through and speak to a woman who was unable to offer any information, but was kind enough to take a message. At 9am we had not heard back from the company and called back to cancel the service. Time is money, we were respectful of this company's time, however they did not offer the same in return. We are taught that your word is your bond and Massey's word carried no weight. Luckily I was able to reach another plumber that was willing to come out the same day, offer a free estimate and schedule the service ASAP. We just wish we hadn't waited on Massey to leave us hanging.

After being stood up by two plumbers in the Wesley Chapel area, I googled and found Massey. Spoke with the owner, explained my plumbing needs and got an appointment. They called on the way out, showed up. Mr. Lee was professional, down to earth, polite and my hero for knowing how to treat a client. He fixed what a plumber could fix and checked my septic tank. To my shock it was filled to the brim. He suspected that from the beginning, but patiently worked me through it. Fair price, shows up, calls and knows how to treat a customer. They are my go to from here on. Thank you Lee & Mike Massey! You restored my faith in plumbers!

I contacted Massey Plumbing Inc to have a plumber come out to look at my water heater but called today to cancel the appointment. Mike Massey was extremely rude saying they had already ordered and received a new tank for me even though they hadn't even been out to assess the issue. Then he told me to never contact them again and hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional.

We have used Massey plumbing now for two separate issues and I can't say enough great things about the company. In a time when customer service and kindness seem to have taken a back seat this company shines. We first used them for a main water line break and they fit us right in. The plumber was extremely professional and kind, doing great quality work in a very reasonable amount of time. We used them a second time for a sewer issue which turned into being a much larger issue than we anticipated. We had learned we had inherited a house being neglected over the 20 years prior to us owning it. They ended up coming out 5 separate times with two separate plumbers again both extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. Some of this was over a weekend and always left us without water or ability to flush toilets. We also spoke with the owner a few times and a very honest, fair, professional business owner who I would recommend any day of the week. They worked hard keeping us informed every step of the way and doing their best to get our issues resolved as quick as possible. True professional through and through. We won't be using anybody else moving forward for any of our plumbing needs.

Great company and communication. I've used them twice and each time they were efficient, timely and professional. Instead of a 4 hour window, they were able to be more specific so I only needed to take the necessary time off work. Highly recommend Massey plumbing, I will definitely be using them again.

Watch out for being over charged. They were here at my house for 1 hour and charged me for an hour and a half. The owner argued with me and said he should have charged for 2 hours. The way they bill is the minute he leaves the business all the way till he finishes writing up your bill. So the 10 minutes he sat in his air conditioned truck I was still being charged. So you can be billed almost an hour before they begin an work. NOT FAIR!!!!

Contacted Massey Plumbing due to a clogged kitchen sink. Within in a few hours, Charlie came to my house and quickly assessed the issue. He determined there was a clog in the pipe leading out to the main server line and it needed to be snaked out. Charlie brought in his equipment and tools, along with towels and a floor cover to minimize any water in my cabinet or floor. Charlie was very professional and cordial in his interactions with me. He was patient with me as I asked about 20 questions regarding the issue. He explained the process he was using as he fed the cable into the pipe and provided the length he had to go to clear the clog. Based upon this very positive experience, I definitely will contact Massey Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

I have a broken pipe and was told to call Massey. The person said that they were in the truck and would call me back. That was 8 o'clock this morning and have had not call back yet. He must be living in the truck. Can't say how the service is because I can't get service.

My grandfather had a leak from his water heater and they sent someone out within 15 minutes and had the hose replaced within 5 minutes. Friendly guy and great service.
