I've known the owner, Mark, for some time now in the role of a general contractor. They've performed some work for my wife and me in the past, and I've always been pleased. They are are full service contracting company with licenses for HVAC, Sitework, Roofing and now Plumbing. They are also licensed General Contractors so It's really one stop shopping with them. No need to call in another company to fix a small framing or plaster (old house) repair. I usually get a quote the same day and schedule shortly there after. To give a better more recent review, I have an older home, 80+ years which is rare for Florida, and I had to have the terracotta sewer lateral replaced in my back yard. I sent them a photos in an emails and I received a rough estimate right away. Once the rep from Massey, Joe, arrived I was given a confirmed quote and they did the work that day. The final price was only higher by about 5-7% and that was mostly due to my request for an additional clean out and replacement of a new branch line from cast iron to PVC. They came in about 30% less then the competitor quote, but in fairness to the other vendor there was a little difference the scope of work (bit more excavation and 2 foot gas line relocation). I really appreciate how well they communicated and follow up was great. That's rare for a contractor.
