I am starting the review by stating that their service is fine once they have given the service but getting to that has become a bait and switch situation it seems. I used their service for sewer line rodding 2 years ago and I was pleased by the fact that John seemed honest in telling that the line probably just needed a heavy duty rodding after being told by another company that the sewer line had collapsed and it would be 6000+ to repair. He and an assistant brought down the machine into my basement, performed the service, good experience for $200. On 9-30-2019 the sewer needed to be serviced again. I called this company based on the last experience and was given a price of ""around 200"" by the dispatch person. When the tech showed up he says that the price was to be $300+ because he had to bring the machine into the basement. HE BROUGHT IT INTO THE BASEMENT BEFORE FOR $200! After pointing out that I was told 200 for this service call, he honored that saying it was because I was a previous customer. Now, 3 months later, the line is clogged again. I called to inquire about a warranty. The dispatcher says there is no warranty. I asked what, in her opinion, I should do to get this rectified. She says I should have a camera inspection but I would have to pay for another sewer rodding at a cost of ""around 200"" before an inspection could be done. At this point I become irritated. I tried to explain to her that she told me $200 before and the tech, on arrival, say 300+. She says she never tells anyone an absolute price because she's in the office, she has no idea what the tech may encounter on the job site. She said when she gives ""a quote"" if the tech says it's more when he arrives then if you cant pay you wont get the service. And also she said she feels 200 and 300 are in the same ballpark especially since someone may charge you 500. Upon explaining to her that I feel that's deceptive business practice and that after 3 months it's not fair to not stand behind their work, further telling her that she never stated that there could be additional costs for this definite service, she says that in 27 years she has never had such a phone call and eventually hangs up saying she was offended by the accusation. It is not an accusation if it is the truth. Buyer beware! Research and ask plenty questions. And by all means, please have someone explain what is that they mean when say"" the cost is around...""
