The best in the business, bar none. I've used Mason Pro Services for their HVAC services and plumbing services, and there is no other company out there that comes remotely close to these guys in terms of quality of work, efficiency, and customer service.

Are there cheaper options out there? Sure. However, with Mason Pro, you pay for peace of mind. You never have to worry about a shoddy patch job on a leaky pipe that will have them called out a year later for an even bigger problem, like so many other plumbing companies do. Challen was our comfort consultant. And WOW he is great at his job!! We moved here two years ago and had to replace our A/C unit...Challen came, and designed the system that is absolutely fabulous!!! We couldn't be happier to have a Trane and Challens expertise in designing the system, relocating it from garage to attic, excellent work by the installation crew! The redesign of returns and move of the interior system made for a nearly silent operation. Two days and we have a solid system that adds value and peace to our home. Also, they come do an inspection in a month to make sure we are happy and that the system is working properly! Oh did I mention they have a one year buyback guarantee and 5 year warranty for labor!!! Excellent job! The new air conditioning unit looks significantly cleaner compared to the old one. They also made modifications to the ductwork, reducing its noise level considerably. Very satisfied with the quality of work.

Very good for HVAC. Called to have my toilet repaired as it was continually running. They charge $69 to come out for an estimate and quoted $331 to replace the toilet flush system. I found the quote outrageous.

I bought the part for $20 and spent an hour installing it myself.

Mason straightened out a failed HVAC install done by the HVAC subcontractor hired by the general contractor in our new home. After we determined to give up on the original firm, we called several firms recommended by Lennox. To our surprise, two of them declined to get involved. Mason immediately scheduled us with an experienced tech who assessed the situation and redid the communications among the components (involving a Lennox heat pump and humidifier/ventilator from Aprilaire).
We now have all of our system under control and reporting through our Lennox controls and thermostat. It simplifies our system and gives us confidence that we are getting the best performance. Mason made this possible, plus they are reliable and their techs and office staff are very professional. We can't recommend them strongly enough, particularly for a new system with all the bells an whistles.

My employer uses this company for our HVAC repairs. We've had them come out a few times for repairs and once for additional work. They are always here when they say they will be. We've had other less reliable companies come out that don't always show up on time or sometimes at all. This company has been reliable and consistent. I called to see if they could give me a free estimate on some electrical work that needed to be done. They said they would charge me $125 to go out there. Basically the ""free estimate"" promoted on their site is false advertisement!

We called Mason Pro out to inspect our home due to aluminum wire questions from our insurance company. The technician Found some issues with our breakers and was able to fix it fast for what seem to be a reasonable price. The service technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.
